Great recall repair

The shuttle service was great- even when I forgot my house key at the dealership and the driver needed to take me back.

Subpar Techs

Brought my 2017 Roush Supercharged F 150 in for service that was purchased from Wyatt Johnson. It was due for oil change and noticed fluids coming from the supercharger and also had a starting issue. Truck had 19,746 miles at service. My advisor Jonathan is amazing always has rental ready and gets me gone, if only the boys in the back were as good as he. Told him about the issues and he relayed them back kept the truck 2.5 days and called and said it?s ready. Well now for the good part arrived and was told drive the vehicle several times and couldn?t find any issues at this time. Also waiting on Roush for response on supercharger but my oil did get changed. I was upset but politely said ok and they brought my vehicle around I had took a picture of mileage upon arrival and amazingly it was .6 miles more. So we have some major magicians obviously driving these vehicles at Wyatt Johnson. I showed Jonathan and he just shook his head and said I?m sorry this will probably be my last Ford purchase vehicle has been subpar from the start and this is sad due to the fact I?ve been Ford guy for a long time.

Wyatt Johnson

I purchased a 2018 F-150 4x2 Diesel basically over the phone based on research conducted on Ford.com. Marshall Powell and the team worked hard for my business! Once we settled on the (great) price, they worked all the paperwork ahead of time to ensure I was out the door quickly. I flew up from Florida to Nashville and once I arrived, I was out the door driving my new ride in less than an hour.

Vindictive sales manager

I decided not to buy a car from the dealer. The manager was so mad that I would not buy a car from him did it first he would not return the keys to my own car but finally did reluctantly. He then sent me an e-mail tell me that I left abruptly and was rude. That's a pretty bold email to send to a would-be customer. Someone in that office since has been running my credit and driving down my score. I may have to file a complaint with the police department.

Bought new at used price!

Super impressed with the sales staff here! Not only were they wicked patient today while we were looking, but they cut to the chase when it came time to talk numbers. They beat every Ford dealer within 90 miles, allowing me to get a new ‘19 at everyone else’s ‘18 price, and I never felt pressured or patronized. Definitely see Alisha or John for your new car, and make sure you say hi to the sales manager Chris.

Correction to Review entitled "Unfair Practices"

The GM of the dealership reached out and took care of my complaint/issues in a profession and empathetic manner. No business is perfect and will make errors; however, the measure of a great business is how they handle those errors. In this case, handled beautifully and I am again a fan (more so now than before seeing how issues are professionally resolved) of Wyatt Johnson.
