Connor went above and beyond to get me in the car I love

Connor went above and beyond to get me in the car I love and even gave me a ride to drop off my other car. Great service and cool people. Very important for me (as a woman) to feel respected and taken seriously at a dealership, and they did just that. Good people/iffy place

Our customer service representative Jehoiada was great, but we ended up at the dealership for over 5 hours trying to get all of our paperwork settled.

Amazing Customer Service!

The staff at Wyatt Johnson went above and beyond with helping me find my new car. JonMichael and Johnny were friendly, answered all my questions, and never once made me feel pressured to make a decision. They made sure I knew all of my options and were incredibly flexible in the chaos of finding my next vehicle. They really made a positive difference in this process and stood out compared to the other salesmen I encountered. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

SBCMAC

Would NOT do business again. 6 months ago I drove to an appointment to look at a specific vehicle at this dealership in Nashville only to be told when I arrived that the vehicle could not be shown due to a service light being on. That should have been my clue but I trusted the salesman and went ahead and looked at other vehicles and after some back and forth ended up making a purchase. The vehicle is fine so far but today I found out I was mislead when I was given information regarding free oil changes they threw in to the deal for me.

Typical Dealership - Lies and More Lies

Bought a truck from these guys this year and was going to order a second. Had conversations with my salesman who was telling me they were putting my order in, the site crashed, will be soon, then I get an email - " Hey its Ashley ! To place an order, you’ll need to set up an appointment with a sales specialist ( who I had already told what I wanted and confirmed and had told me the Ford site had crashed .... ) " so we can build out your exact model. There is a $1000 deposit which will go toward your down payment when you place an order through us" - So the truck will arrive ? They don't know. What is the final price ? They don't know. Does Ford REQUIRE any down payment - no. So basically I am going to give Wyatt Johnson a no interest loan of $1000.00 for the privilege of placing a vehicle order with them that can take up to a year to arrive ? ....... uh huh. My salesman didnt call to inform me they wouldnt be placing the order just some random email from someone I never met telling me before I can talk to a salesman send them a grand....... wow. I suggest going somewhere else if this is the way they treat repeat customers. Typical xxxxxxx dealership tactics - thanks for reinforcing why dealerships should be eliminated from new car ordering in the first place.

Don’t buy or service here.

If you like having your credit score killed after telling them you have your own financing through your credit union or if you like faulty repairs bordering on sabotage this is the place to buy. Don’t expect a call back unless you call about another sale. Expect exactly what car dealers are known for. Slick talk and zero after the purchase. Don’t be surprised if you get your car worked on there to find out their horrible service work could end up costing your life. Assuming of course they ever call you back. How are so many bad reviews logged, but they retain an A+ at the BBB? Beware! This dealer is full of excuses and doesn’t care what you think. Classic used car dealer… the check’s in the mail… I’ll give you a call right back… Paying people to apologize all day long is cheaper than being honest and straight with the consumer these days. Can’t believe Roush is associated with them.. They don’t sell Shelbys so maybe they’ve figured it out.

Great Staff and it was definitely worth the wait!!

I love my new Bronco Sport. It took 4 months to get here, but it was well worth the wait. Chris and Ryan were great in helping me to drive away in my brand new Bronco. I would definitely refer others to this location.

Avoid this dealership

The sales man was great. The dealership as a whole is terrible. I came in to look at a truck scheduled a time to come in as I had military obligations. Came in test drove and was ready to start running numbers. Gave them all my info for credit checks and all of a sudden closing time they can’t help until the next day. I asked well I have military obligations we are trying to buy truck what if someone comes in before I can tomorrow. I was told they would hold it for me and even talked to my sales guy in the middle of the day to confirm I’m still coming to get the truck. I get a call from my sales guy 30 minutes prior to me leaving to go finalize all the details. Guess what they sold the truck out from under me after checking my credit and having numbers ran. Hurt my credit by running it 3 different places and lied to me. I definitely will not be back. I wish dealerships would be held to some kind of standard by law with this but they are only here to screw us. Avoid this place if you can, would hate for you to get screwed as well.
