Wyatt Johnson Ford - Nashville

The salesman was very good at determining what I was looking for. I had gone in to test drove a specific vehicle that it turned out I didn't care for, and when he found out what I did and didn't like about it he suggested another one. That one was great, and the purchasing experience went very well. They gave me a fair deal for it. The facilities are very clean and all the staff is genuinely friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!

New Ford Owner

Good service from service department.

I had an appointment setup. They got me right in and serviced my car. Oil change and tire rotation. They have taken care of my car for the two years that I have owned it. The service department does a really good job.

Mind Blowing

Went in not knowing what was completely wrong. They were quick and efficient. They took my car up and looked underneath the car. Saw that I was missing some screws, fix it, and didn?t charge me anything. Absolutely stunned with this service and will go here from here on out!

Outstanding service

I went to Wyatt Johnson and told them what car I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. Everybody from the Sales mgr. to the finance office to the salesman were helpful and patient and didn't try to sell me something else or add extras on top of the price I set. They're very personable and make sure you're happy with your purchase. I will definitely recommend them to anyone! They had the best price for the vehicle I was looking at . Also, my vehicle came with a lifetime power train warranty! It was a good experience and I will return the next time I need a vehicle

Service review

Wyatt Johnson does a great job overall. The employees are courteous, the facilities are nice, really nice waiting room. I gave it 4/5 stars only b/c I had an 8:30 apt for an oil change and got out of there at 10:15. That seemed really long to me.

Good Service, Friendly Staff

Good place to get car serviced (I did not buy, so cannot comment on that), Friendly Staff, Accurate inspection. One of the tires in my car was leaking air they fixed it, other store told me all the tires need to be replaced because 1 is non repairable. Will definitely go back again for service
