Toyota City was without a doubt the best car buying experience I've ever had. Owner Michael Ianelli and his staff made me fell like I was their most important customer. Transparency and integrity are the best ways to describe the way these people do business. I arrived at 2 pm and drove out of the dealership at 5 pm with our new car. They made our car buying process stress free. I shopped around and they were by far the best deal in Westchester. Michael and his son's Nick and Michael are so helpful and kind along with every other person that works there. I felt like I was hanging out with people in my family for the day. I urge anyone who is looking for a Toyota to visit this place, you won't be disappointed!!!!!!!!!

Don’t like how rude some people are at that dealership. Very disappointing. They should have kept all the old employees from Toyota DCH so sad.

Do not bring your children to buy. The people at desk behind the glass said the f word every other word. So much turn over and it gets worse each time. Not the Mamaroneck feel.Very tense environment.
