Charing 3k over MSRP. I schedule an appointment to test drive a Sienna. When I got there, they said the owner of the dealership took it out for the weekend and I couldn't test drive it. Not a good way to earn my business.

Horrible Customer Service. After researching a vehicle online, I spoke with a sales representative, Matthew Cortez, to arrange a test drive of a Prius Prime. I was given an appointment and instructed to speak with the manager Luis Gonzales. After driving 30 minutes to the dealership, I learned that the dealership did not in fact have the vehicle or anything similar in stock. Upon expressing my displeasure and asking to speak with Mr Gonzales, I was informed that he was too busy to speak with me. I can only assume that this was all a ploy to see if I would settle for some other vehicle. Give me a break. I wish it was possible to leave less than one star... Avoid this dealership.

Terrible Experience: Team is arrogant and Sales Method from the 80s. Apparently only one guy knows how to calculate prices: the Manager…what a joke. Ridiculous Premium due to chip shortage & Ida’s flood = they want to take advantage from the neighborhood’s problems. Wow, what a Spiel for a new ownership guys…

Always had a great experience

Never had a bad experience with this place. Must be the competitors leaving the bad reviews, shaking in their boots to the company whose cars and reputation are superior above others. Also, look at other website reviews of this dealership and you'll see they are rated highly. I would advise to do your own due diligence for the vehicle your looking for and your experience will be fun and productive.

This is probably the sleaziest dealership in the tri-state area. Or, at least, it must be competing for that title. I feel compelled to write this review to the benefit of any consumer who does research by using this awesome platform. This store used to be owned by DCH Auto Group and they insisted on sailing onto an iceberg. They succeeded and in May of 2020 the new ownership took over. The new owners are trying really hard to out-do DCH. Trust me, it takes a lot to achieve that. DCH is a very large and successful auto group. They are, in turn, owned by Lithia Motors - one of the nation’s largest car businesses. Somehow, they managed to go out of business. But on to the good stuff. I reached out to Nicholas Ianelli directly hoping that I’d would be treated fairly since he must be related to Mr. Ianelli - the owner. I really, really wanted to give them a chance but they did a great job… blowing it. I was trading in my 2021 Camry Hybrid LE with 4,300 - which I purchased in April. I wanted to get a Predawn Gray Mica since it was the color I originally wanted but due to the car shortage I was not able to find it back then. As not to lose too much money I decided to lease this time. Nicholas offered me $19,500 for my car, which is three months old and spotless. They have the same car (2018) with 26,000 miles listed for $23,888. Somehow, mine is basically new and worth a lot less. This offer was beyond offensive. Wait, there’s more. He said it was a great offer because they would have to detail it, put $1,000 worth of maintenance into it, and add a certified warranty. Really? A car produced in March of 2021 and with only 4,300 miles on it? The best part of it all was the lease deal. I am sorry but I had to also turn down a great monthly payment of $430 on Camry hybrid LE. And no, I am not upside down on my trade since I put down a decent amount of money. I owe less than $19,000 on it. Toyota is currently advertising this car for $189 a month if you lease it. This does not included taxes and fees. But somehow Toyota City managed to knock it out of the park with a $430 monthly payment. One can’t make this stuff up. Transparency, efficiency, respect is written on the employee shirts. That is their pledge. Many of us have not been lucky enough to get that from this establishment. The reviews speak volumes. Will they make it in the tri-state area? Well, if all the heavy-hitters that surround them go out of business… maybe.

Sleezy dealership I put a $1,000 deposit on a car and they sold it They Agreed to sell me a slightly higher priced one for the same amount and when I arrived with my down payment, Mustafa, the finance manager acted like he had no idea what I was talking about I was assured on the phone by Luis it would be handled well I insisted Mustafa call Luis who denied making this agreement with me and instead claimed he only agreed I’d have the same monthly payments on a higher prided car? They were rude, unapologetic, and just sleazy from start to finish. Abrasive and aggressive and pushy I will never go back

Drove an hour to look at a convertible they have for sale and after getting harassed via phone million times and coming in to test drive the car I asked the salesperson George Parker if price is negotiable and he says the car is sold already. He is probably the laziest salesperson I’ve met in my life and doesn’t know how to treat customers. Will never go back to this dealership.

I had a problem with my 3rd row seatbelts and the Mamaroneck Toyota would not help me. The 3rd row seatbelts would not buckle properly with a booster seat. Most people need a 3rd row for kids so this was a huge issue that kids couldn't buckle in and it took adults over 20 minutes to get it to buckle. The manager, Mr. Easton, actually told me I was not a customer because I didn't buy my car there, so they didn't really need to help me. I was so upset and left without help. I always had gotten my service done there, but after they changed ownership, the Manager treated me like garbage. I had been in touch with the owner, who was very nice, but when I followed up to say that they didn't help me and told me I wasn't a customer, I never heard back. It is my understanding that Toyota's have to service you even if you don't buy your car at that dealership. I left in tears. I have never had a worse experience and I never write reviews, but felt compelled to do so. I would not want anyone to experience this type of terrible service.

They will scam you at every part of the process

My experience with Toyota City has been frustrating, to say the least. I'll leave this here for others to read; hopefully it saves you a headache. I worked with Genuine Thomas who sold me a lease for a Toyota RAV4. After the deal was done, he indicated they didn't actually have the car. Okay fine, when will it be at the dealership? "Tomorrow or Friday." Next day, I follow up, "Can I get a status on the car?" Turns out it'll be here next week. Next week, I check in, "Can I get a status on the car?" Oh, Genuine isn't in, you'll need to talk to Luis Gonzalez. After speaking with Luis, he indicated that the cars are in Vermont and need to be shipped down to NY. He's been "waiting on the phone for hours" to find out where my car is. I ask him to follow up with me when he has an estimated timeline. The next day, Luis follows up, telling me it would be here sometime in the next 1-2 weeks. I asked him to follow up in a week. In a week, no followup. I call in, Luis isn't there. Now I'm speaking with Isaac Weiner who indicated that the system is indicating "tomorrow" but it could be next week. This is insanity. You shouldn't have to do this ridiculous dance to lease a car. Get a car somewhere else. I still don't have mine. -- Update Jan 25 Genuine dropped off the car at my apartment. I'll give them points for driving here and dropping off the car. I'm glad to finally have the car; it's been quite a journey. -- Update Feb 17 The lease is now shown up at Toyota Financial, and it's listed at 10k miles per year, and not 12k miles per year. Haha, my god. This doesn't end. I'm now calling Toyota City to have them correct the mileage. Guess they couldn't leave me without one last problem.
