My wife and l have purchased five automobiles from Toyota City over twenty years...in that time frame the sales and especially the service(Matthew)and parts department (Joe) has been superb, informative, knowledgeable and kind.The service department gets you in and out in a timely and mechanically satisfying manner.

Telemarketing harassment
Ray from Toyota City doesn't stop calling me trying to buy back my SUV. This pathetic excuse to call you is a cheap way to attempt selling you a new car, and cheaply try to buy back your old one. I would recommend Toyota City management to review their sales strategy because their current one is pitiful.

Shady dealership!!
I live an hour away and left a $500 deposit on a vehicle on my way to the dealership they called me and told me it sold. Shady at best I would avoid this dealership.

You should avoid this car dealership like the plague. Had a horrible experience with them. They damaged my car while going in for an oil change

Oil Change 3 to 4 hours
Waited 3 hours for an oil change then told they are on lunch break still no oil change. Do not get service at this dealer very unprofessional. Go to another Toyota dealer for service.

I’m so glad I didn’t waste my time in person at this
I’m so glad I didn’t waste my time in person at this dealership. I inquired about a car that was shown to be coming in via the Toyota smart path website about a week ago. A very pleasant salesman called me and after some back and forth negotiating the amount of the markup over msrp (crazy times) we agree to a price I was willing to pay. They took a deposit over the phone and I was to come in and pickup the car when it comes in. I get the call this morning that the car is in, the GSM sends the breakdown of numbers via email and to my surprise it was marked up $1000 higher than we agreed upon. After some frustrating back and forth they come back with $500 more than the original deal and would not budge. I couldn’t do it based on principle. I expected them to honor a verbal agreement but I guess that is wishful thinking. Buyer beware. Greed is worth more to them than integrity. I was already agreeing to pay a substantial markup yet they wanted $500 more which someone else would probably be willing to pay. Always check the numbers as I’m sure many overlook the details in the excitement of buying a new car.

This under new ownership dealership is the absolute example of the sleezy car sales experience. From the moment they contacted me in regards to my lease ending straight through my visit I was lied to and given nothing but unrealistic overinflated pricing. This dealership will be out of business shortly, don’t waste your time go elsewhere.

The Dealer do not honor their web sale price
I ordered tires from their website on a sale price with email confirmation. However, once the tires were installed, they charged us regular price. I asked the service person what was happening. He first said they did not honor the sale price. I insisted, he then said he would talk his manager. He called me later saying they would reimburse me for the difference. However, 40 days passed, and I am still waiting for the reimbursement, even though I contacted with them constantly.
