My experience with Toyota City has been frustrating, to say the least. I'll leave this here for others to read; hopefully it saves you a headache. I worked with Genuine Thomas who sold me a lease for a Toyota RAV4. After the deal was done, he indicated they didn't actually have the car. Okay fine, when will it be at the dealership? "Tomorrow or Friday." Next day, I follow up, "Can I get a status on the car?" Turns out it'll be here next week. Next week, I check in, "Can I get a status on the car?" Oh, Genuine isn't in, you'll need to talk to Luis Gonzalez. After speaking with Luis, he indicated that the cars are in Vermont and need to be shipped down to NY. He's been "waiting on the phone for hours" to find out where my car is. I ask him to follow up with me when he has an estimated timeline. The next day, Luis follows up, telling me it would be here sometime in the next 1-2 weeks. I asked him to follow up in a week. In a week, no followup. I call in, Luis isn't there. Now I'm speaking with Isaac Weiner who indicated that the system is indicating "tomorrow" but it could be next week. This is insanity. You shouldn't have to do this ridiculous dance to lease a car. Get a car somewhere else. I still don't have mine. -- Update Jan 25 Genuine dropped off the car at my apartment. I'll give them points for driving here and dropping off the car. I'm glad to finally have the car; it's been quite a journey. -- Update Feb 17 The lease is now shown up at Toyota Financial, and it's listed at 10k miles per year, and not 12k miles per year. Haha, my god. This doesn't end. I'm now calling Toyota City to have them correct the mileage. Guess they couldn't leave me without one last problem.

The dealership is very professional, the price was right and they are not pushy. Great dealing with them. It was worth the trip from Long Island. Better price and not pushy is a good reason to travel.

It was our 1st time visiting Toyota City. George greeted us like family. He was attentive, informative and a true professional. We leased a RAV4 from him. Joseph was so patient and thorough with every technical detail which made me feel safe and eager to experience everything this car has to offer. Mostafa was so friendly and funny, he made completing the leasing agreement easy and smooth. We had a wonderful experience. We highly recommend their service.

Thought better of Toyota dealerships

Today is 9/30/20, last day of Camry special incentive and zero percent finance offer. Test drove the Camry earlier in the month and while I did liked it...I wanted more punch. Admitting late, I decided to test drive the TRD model and buy it TODAY if I liked it. I had read up on the TRD and wanted the solid black exterior model only. I found 2 black exterior models near me, Toyota City, which was 45 miles away or another dealership about 70 miles away. I emailed Toyota City about availability . "This Toyota Camry you inquired is available. If you would like to stop in or schedule your test drive please contact me directly to secure your time." Second email: "I just wanted to send a quick email to thank you for setting some time aside to visit us on Wednesday, September 30, 2020 5:15 PM to take a look at the Camry that you inquired about." Third email confirming I was coming..... THEY DONT HAVE THE CAR!! I was shown a TRD on the sales floor which was the only TRD they had in stock. Not the one I was interested in , the car that they confirmed 3 times via email to have : come in; take a look; and test drive!! NOPE: It's in transit and 1 to 3 weeks away. Classic bait and switch. The sales Rep Mr. Skinner appeared to be clueless of the the deception and was a professional so I did not vent any frustration at the dealership. I will never, nor should anyone, trust their word or take their business there. There are other Toyota Dealerships out there.

I leased a 2020 Rav4 from Marc Ellison. He was attentive , informative and expeditious in handling the whole process. Couldn't have asked for better service. Joe Croce was thorough and patient in explaining the operations and handling of the new car. It was the way it should always be. Thanks.

I recently leased a Toyota Camry at Toyota City. I have been leasing Toyota’s since 1995. The staff at Toyota was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. Nick Ianelli and Joe Croce were great! Anthony Rocco
