Friendly greeting, competent, waiting area excellent, service advisor explained the work to be done. Wait time was a bit long for appointment at 0830, bit within acceptable time.

Services were done quickly and without delay, only problem last 2 oil change service technicians failed to reset the maintenance required message, a simple procedure that my husband was able to correct without driving the 30 miles back to the dealership but it should have been done at the stop

I had a great experience while getting my car serviced. The maintenance advisor was very professional and Nikki the sales representative answered a lot my questions about the new Tundra I’m thinking of buying in the near future.

2 to 3 hour Wait time to do finance paperwork is ridiculous and absolutely ruined my buying experience.
