They were very professional and quick to get back since I

They were very professional and quick to get back since I live 1hr 30min away. Handled the deal on the phone and came in did test drive and signed paperwork. Financing was Professional and did not pressure for extra. Thank you!

Rivertown Toyota is normally a great place to get my

Rivertown Toyota is normally a great place to get my Lexus serviced being that there are no Lexus dealerships in Columbus. However, today, this particular service representative did an awful job in representing the Toyota brand. They were very rude, unprofessional, and no help to myself or my husband. Upon trying to receive guidance, she offered little to no help. While understand customer service can be overwhelming, being defensive with a customer at 0700 in the morning while the customer is only asking questions is unacceptable. The sales department were very nice, cordial, and professional.

Terrible customer service as you drop car.

Terrible customer service as you drop car. Front is very unorganized. Same when picking car up. Had to walk around parking lot and turn alarm on to find vehicle. Not professional.
