The initial service rep was average.

The initial service rep was average. Did not notify me when job was completed and tried to sell me a service that I had already had done. This was natali Tarin # 149819. Giovanni another rep who checked me out was excellent and the tech Joseph was good. Some service tech tried to tell me that check engine codes are never deled but the two other codes i recently had were no longer there. Again Giovanni was excellent

Desmond my service rep was very friendly and

Desmond my service rep was very friendly and knowledgeable. My car was ready in 1 hr which is fantastic. I love my Avalon.

I had my vehicle serviced and it did not take long. I waited in a comfortable waiting area. I was able to do some work on my computer while waiting.

Well I had to pay 89.

Well I had to pay 89.95 for diagnostics when I already told him what it was doing I also went in the glove box and hit the reset button and it still wouldn?t work. This car has almost 42,000 miles and it should not require any attention except maintenance.. I bought the Toyota because I was told they were long lasting and durable..

Very pleased today with my service experience.

Very pleased today with my service experience. Comfortable surroundings and Jasmine was a real pro! I was in and out in about an hour and ten minutes.
