Gilbert is the best.

Gilbert is the best. He's the only person that takes care of my car. I'm so thankful for his hard work and dedication. This location does an amazing every single time. I've been only coming to this location for 3 years, since I moved back to Columbus. Great job Gilbert!!!

Waited awhile outside to even be acknowledged.

Waited awhile outside to even be acknowledged. Had an appointment and was told it would be 45 min to an hour for a tire rotation. Total time an hour and a half. Yes they were busy but….. The coffee bae is nice and everyone was friendly.

Everybody was so courteous when I visited for a servicing. They even went out of their way to help me with the issue that I had with the Bluetooth for my stereo. They also kept me informed on my vehicle during the service, and told me as soon as they were done.

Services were done quickly and without delay, only

Services were done quickly and without delay, only problem last 2 oil change service technicians failed to reset the maintenance required message, a simple procedure that my husband was able to correct without driving the 30 miles back to the dealership but it should have been done at the stop
