Did not complete requested service I requested to check

Did not complete requested service I requested to check tires and the service was finished with one tire still at 24 pounds when it should?ve been 32. This told me the tire was never checked. All they could recommend was to purchase $1000 worth of tires these tires only had 35,000 miles on them and we?re still good if something was wrong with the one tire it could?ve been fixed.

Excellent staff and excellence customer service. The buying process was so simple. My salesman explained everything very well to me and made sure I didn't have any questions before leaving the dealership.

Received mixed information from service schedulers.

Received mixed information from service schedulers. I was tolerating i had to leave my car since work would take over 4 hours. However very happy that my service provider Allen stated it would not take that long. I was quite pleased with that.

Routine service, good customer service with additional

Routine service, good customer service with additional eye fob delivery that extended the service time required. That being said, I was their for 3 hours for oil change, tire rotation & key delivery.

The attendant was not very efficient!

The attendant was not very efficient! My car was checked in before 10am and did get an update until 3 hours later and didn?t get my car until 4:30.

My daughters had a flat due to a roadside hazard.

My daughters had a flat due to a roadside hazard. There was trouble with the flat and the spare. We had the vehicle towed by our insurance company, to Rivertown Toyota that evening. They have an after hours drop box for keys and details from the tow driver. The next day I was able to pick up their vehicle after work.
