My salesman Tristan was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was very helpful in finding the right vehicle that fit my needs. Definitely the best experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership, super happy with my new Tacoma!

I took my car in on Saturday to get the oil changed and

I took my car in on Saturday to get the oil changed and the tires rotated. I sat there for two hours and went to check on my car. They had not touched it. I checked with the service advisor and she told me they were still working on the car. I told her that they had not even started. And then she told me that I had a recall and that’s why it was taking so long. But then she told me that they were gonna have to reschedule and bring me back Tuesday. After another 45 minute wait they finally got my oil changed in the tires rotated. I took the car in on Tuesday to get the recall completed. After waiting for two hours, I went to check on my car. It had not moved. I asked the advisor again what was taking so long and she told me they only had one mechanic that could do the recall, and he was backed up. I demanded to speak to the service manager. I explained to him how long I’ve been waiting and how long I waited on Saturday. He asked me if I wanted to get my car done today. I looked at him and said yes that’s why I’ve been sitting here for two xxxx hours. He then comes back and tells me that they will have the car ready the following day and gives me the keys to a pick up truck to drive home. I go back to pick up my car and the recall part was on backorder and they still had not fixed my car! There was a total lack of communication and I have absolutely no confidence in this dealership or their service department at all.

I was extremely impressed with the Service tech Giovanni.

I was extremely impressed with the Service tech Giovanni.. He kept me updated on the process, was really calm and polite and overall was outstanding! I asked for his card so I can request him in the future.

Not sure how in depth they inspected my truck.

Not sure how in depth they inspected my truck. Service engine soon light still on, unless they just forgot to reset the sensor. Will be back to get it looked at again. Staff is very friendly.

Good- been good since I purchased the car.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. At the 2 hour mark I had to search for the service representative. After 3 hours of waiting they changed my oil but didn't rotate my tires. THREE HOURS for an oil change. I marked my tires, so I know if they didn't rotate them. 3 of my tires were 5 lbs. under pressure. This isn't the first time this has happened. This makes customers wonder what else did they overlook during service / repairs.
