The service was great and the iil change was done

The service was great and the iil change was done quickly. I made my appointment last week but when I got there it had not been scheduled. Someone dropped the ball. Luckily I was about to have my service done anyway.

I was not satisfied,from my appointment today.I was sent home without any coolant fluid left in my car.i clearly asked if it was anything else that my car needed and was told no, which would cause my car to overheat.

Bought a Supra mid February, traded my car for it and had

Bought a Supra mid February, traded my car for it and had it shipped to me in Florida. They still have not done the registration, tags or transfer and now I have a license suspension, extra fees and my new car not registered in my state in my name. Have issues with car and can not get it fixed due to car not registered in my name. Have had to contact the manufacturer to try and get this straightened out. Next step is an attorney for my extra out of pocket fees and time.

Awful service!

Awful service! Not apologetic. No accountability. Absolutely pathetic business. My car sat from 11-6 and nothing was done. When it was 4:00, I said not to start because I knew it couldn?t be completed by 6:00. I was blamed for nothing getting done and told that drop offs are put last. So I scheduled an appointment for what? Makes no sense. Complete waste of time. No one ever called me with an update. Allen was the service guy. Acted like they were going to get all new brakes and an oil change done in two hours had I not said anything. Sorry, I don?t buy that. Stay away from this place! Never will I use them again.

Absolutely wonderful.

Absolutely wonderful. Was greeted with a smile. Service department took very good care of me and my car. Waited for approximately an hour for oil change and tire rotation. Highly satisfied.
