I feel like this dealership just treats you like.

I feel like this dealership just treats you like. You're a number. You're of no priority to them at all. I went in for a oil change at 7:00 a.m. I actually arrived at 6:45 a.m. I received a text message at 8:19 telling me my vehicle was done and they were doing finishing touches. I waited another 20 minutes for my advisor to come get me and she never did. I walked to her desk and my keys were just laying there and I asked her if my car was ready because I've been waiting for 20 minutes and she said oh yeah you've been ready. The app doesn't work correctly. Sometimes it doesn't give any notifications at all. Well, if you know this is a known issue, you should be on top of getting customers in and out as soon as possible and not having them wait an additional 20 minutes for nothing. This happened to me on my last visit. I ended up waiting an extra hour because my advisor went on lunch break. They don't value customers time at all and this has been a consistent issue. Every time I go to the dealership to get anything done, there's never been a time where I felt like things were done in a timely manner and I was notified as soon as the work was done. I think they feel like we got all day to sit there and we do not especially not for the prices that they charge. And I was very upset that the coffee machine was not working. You advertise when I made my appointment. Make sure and enjoy our free beverages but there was no free beverages to enjoy.

Did not fix my dashboard lights that are still on.

Did not fix my dashboard lights that are still on. No one let me know before picking up. My service lady was gone. Check engine light and others. Not happy

They always take such good care of me. From the buying to purchasing is great service. I also like their maintenance department. They will help you follow all scheduled maintenance.

Salesman was great.

Salesman was great. Management appears to be nonexistent. Waiting for a check over a week now. No one will call, email, text, send a carrier pigeon, etc. Only reason I did the deal was to get the equity out of my truck in a trade. Check was supposed to be sent out on Monday. Still no word. Could not get an alignment on the vehicle because one tire was in bad shape. That?s why they didn?t do an alignment at the dealership, nobody mentioned that. Everyone?s been in a meeting for the last 5 days apparently. I?d love to change this review, hopefully I get a phone call and resolution. I?ve never written a review for anything before today. I will write another one or edit this one when I finally get ahold of someone.

Veronica was very courteous and understanding.

Veronica was very courteous and understanding. They made sure the car was very ready before I picked it up. Gave me a loan when they realized they needed longer. I was hospitalized when the car was ready and Veronica helped me think of a way to get my car and return the loaner. Thanks Veronica for your help.
