It was very quick and they met Ours needs..2 cars in 1week We finance a chevy suburban and brought a cash car for my son 2010 Honda accord

Got a used ram 1500 from the dealer with an extended

Got a used ram 1500 from the dealer with an extended warranty. Sale's representative was good but a long wait to deal with the finance person and he was rude and impatient with questions we had. We were told we to bring it back to them with the extended warranty if any issues came up with the truck and they would fix it with the warranty. 5 days after getting the truck I went to start it up after work and the check engine light came on. The service department said they don't work on that model truck. Over all a bad experience and will not recommend anyone to use them. Shouldn't have to get it fixed with only 5 days of only driving it back and forth to work.

Overall an excellent experience after a few issues got worked out. The staff we dealt with today was excellent. Very professional and courteous. Mr Comer went above and beyond to make everything right. Would definitely recommend them and use them again after I wear this truck out like my last one

Walked in to get a 15k service done.

Walked in to get a 15k service done. My service advisor was nice and informed me of what was recommended but did not pressure me into getting additional services done. Weekdays seem less busy than the weekends. I was in and out in a little over an hour. No complaints. This is my third time there and was better than the previous experiences.

Easy to schedule service. Service advisor kept me informed on progress of repairs. Repairs completed timely. Like the dealership providing transportation to my home while repairs being completed.

Efficient, personable and professional employee. Explained in terms I could understand (73 year old woman). Was told it would be a one hour wait. It was two hours, but that is okay.
