Disappointed and frustrated that they failed to fix the

Disappointed and frustrated that they failed to fix the problem and lied about what was wrong. They told me the tire couldn’t be inflated due to cement or some other filler in the tire. I took my Rav4 to my son-in-law and he looked at it a determined it was a gasket from the tire valve stem core. He replaced the valve stem core and inflated the tire to the proper pressure. I watched him the whole time and seen exactly what he did. I am disappointed in Toyota that they didn’t take the time to investigate the problem but instead say they would have to remove the tire from the rim and get the sealant out which there was none. It took my son-in-law less than 5 minutes to investigate and fix the issue. The service people at Toyota said someone had put some type of fix a flat in the tire and it had no such thing. I am very disappointed in the lack of service I experienced.

I am very disappointed in the service I received two weeks ago , At River Town Toyota in Columbus Ga.

I was so disappointed when I brought my car a week ago. I came in with the front tire on left light on. They rotated the tires,.They didn’t tell me anything about my tire. When I got in my car to leave, the back left tire light was on, where they rotated. When I showed them, a young gentleman said he would go put air in the tire. He brought it back the same way and said they would have to take the whole tire off. That there was something in the gage. My son n law fixed it within five minutes. It just had something that had got stuck in and that was all. I am an older lady, drove all the way from Harris County, and had to drive back with low air pressure. Very disappointed almost in tears. Knowledgeable?tires were a reasonable price with alignment and the warranty on tires rotation is pricey. Great service and customer service. Awesome business for your automobiles.

Dealership appears to be over charging for hybrid

Dealership appears to be over charging for hybrid batteries. Service people were nice and helpful but no control over charged prices, even when I was quoted a lot less than charged. I have 3 Toyotas and a Lexus,. They are probably the last Toyotas I will buy.

I experienced some serious car problems one morning that

I experienced some serious car problems one morning that made my car dangerous to drive. They didn’t hesitate and told me to bring my car on in and they would take a look at it. They did and provided me with an assessment and made good on the repairs and the price they quoted me. Veronica was my car coordinator and I really enjoyed working with her. She was friendly on the phone when I called that morning and took good care of me when I arrived. I will ask for next time too!
