Worth Every Minute and Mile To Get There

Utterly the Best vehicle buying experience I have ever had! Nic Mercer, Alan, Tim and the rest of the team were absolutely Top Notch, hands-down. Professionalism exemplified! Your needs are Their priorities. Nic genuinely provided warm, welcoming and personalized client care and service. He is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles, features and the MB performance and manufacturing history. Phenomenal experience!

We recently decided it was time to trade in our older BMW and look into upgrading to a newer vehicle. Due to our love of European styling, comfort and safety we went to Mercedes Benz of Loveland. We were greeted warmly by Nic Mercer and the rest of our experience was simple, easy and straightforward. Nic was so knowledgeable about the vehicles we looked at and he really took the time to listen to our needs rather than push us towards something that would not be a good fit for our family. He was honestly interested in matching us with our perfect vehicle and because of that, our car buying experience was simple and uncomplicated. We are truly delighted with our purchase and will definitely not only be repeat customers but will also recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a quality car and a fantastic car buying experience! An Incredible Dealership!

5 stars all the way!! I've had a very pleasant experience with Mercedes-Benz of Loveland. The staff over there are truly nice and professional. Paul Mizelle, my sales associate, always provides excellent customer service and has been extremely helpful in working with me. The managers Felipe Sorzano, Tim Hardin, and Brian Pickle have also been particularly helpful and always make sure things are taken care of in a very professional manner. I strongly recommend this place!

Great experience

I had a great experience with nic and his team. It was hassle free and never felt pressure to buy. He was willing to go out of his way to get things done for us in a time crunch.

Worth the drive

I just picked up my first Mercedes-Benz and was helped by Carlos Rodriguez-Sanchez. I drove up to this dealership from Denver because of the selection I saw online. That turned out to be an excellent choice. I had been to the Littleton dealership the week before and they didn't seem to want my business. So make the drive, talk to Carlos, and get treated like an MB driver should.

First time

I just picked up my first Mercedes-Benz and was helped by Carlos Rodriguez-Sanchez. I drove up to this dealership from Denver because of the selection I saw online. That turned out to be an excellent choice. I had been to the Littleton dealership the week before and they didn't seem to want my business. So make the drive, talk to Carlos, and get treated like an MB driver should. He really took good care of us and got me what I wanted, he didn't try to sell me something else even though my requirements were pretty narrow.

Best for the best!

These guys are as nice, caring, and honest as they come, from the front desk to the back of the house! From the first phone call, I felt like I mattered, and once I left, I knew I had been given the best service at a reasonable price. It's a great feeling to know there are still stand-up businesses around. I'll be coming back to Mercedes-Benz of Loveland, and sending all my friends, too! I used to live in Fort Collins, less than a year ago I moved out to Parker. Even though its now 170 mile round trip to them and back I don't even think twice where to take my car. I usually deal with Brian Pickle and Peter Werner. I have also dealt with James Longhurst and Parker Jacobs. I take my hat off to all of them because they really know how to treat their customers.

Best car buying experience bar none!

Shopping for a new car and using a trade in was a no brainer with the Mercedes dealership in Loveland. Our salesman Nic Mercer was superb-zero pressure or sales pitch. He really listened to our particular vehicle needs and then helped to match us with our perfect vehicle. We are extraordinarily pleased with our purchase and the experience we had, especially after visiting other dealerships where we had the opposite (high pressure, rushed) experience. We will definitely be return customers here and will recommend Nic and this dealership highly to friends and family!
