What a fabulous ending to the year on my experience buying my 2017 GLS!!! Walked into this dealership and explained that I wanted to buy my 2014 E350 as the lease was ending. Nic Mercer had never done this type of transaction but went to work learning, engaging the necessary folks to make it happen and following up quickly and efficiently. Good experience all the way around.

The lease on my 2014 E350 was set to end in a couple weeks. I had dealt with LA Motors in California for years but having moved to CO last year decided to establish a local relationship. I walked into this dealer without an appointment and was promptly greeted by Nic Mercer. Although never having done a lease buyout he listened carefully to what I wanted to do and went to work getting all the information gathered. My dealer in LA had offered to do the transaction long distance, but Nic was able to beat their price and their finance manager gave me a very attractive finance rate. Took about an hour to complete but they applied a service bulletin and washed my car while I waited.

Upon walking into MBloveland we were greeted by Chase who proceeded to go the extra mile, showing casing unique features of the various E Class Series packages, cost variables and availability. Chase was product knowledgeable, courteous, personable and interested in meeting our needs and expectations. This is our 4th Mercedes, we purchased an E300 2017. MBL you have exceptional knowledgeable professional personnel, and great facilities. I have shared with family and friends about our experience. Chase Albright in sales and Tristan in service deserve my thanks and appreciation for their quality service. Chase patiently took me on numerous test drives, showed me all the features of the cars (including how they perform!), and answered all my questions thoroughly. I eventually came away with a car that suits me very well and works into my budget. I had winter tires put on my new car and got into a bind with my time. Tristan volunteered to stay late so I could pick up my car after service hours. I appreciated that very much. I am a life-long car nut with lots of car buying experience, so my praise is not offered lightly. So far, I've had an excellent experience at this dealership and I look forward to a continuing relationship with them.

Chase was extremely professional, patient, knowlegable, and gave us a great allowance our trade-in. I did not feel pressured at any time, and I would strongly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Loveland to anyone wanting to make a new vehicle purchase. In addition, I would advise asking for Chase because we will definitely continue to go back to him anytime we purchase another vehicle from that dealership.

I have been a Mercedes fan for a long time. We purchased our first Mercedes in 2002, and still have it today. We recently purchased a GLS 450 and love it. Trent, Chase, Alex and the team at Mercedes Benz of Loveland will go above and beyond to make buying and ownership a pleasure!
