Mercedes-Benz of Loveland

My first Benz. This was an exciting and memorable experience. Although mine was a relatively minor purchase in the scheme of things I was treated like royalty by Carlos and Felipe. Never having owned a Mercedes before I deluged Carlos with questions and curiosity which he accommodated with great patience and accuracy over the course of my two visits. I had a price cap in mind and although it was a tough one to make Carlos made it happen with a smile. I am extremely satisfied with this vehicle and the deal that I cut for it. I hope that Carlos is still there when I get ready for another car.

It was a pleasure to work with Mercedes-Benz of Loveland again. Chase Albright and the team are professional, knowledgeable, and care about their clients on a personal level. We have returned to purchase from Chase and the team because of their ongoing care and long-term attention to customer satisfaction. As always, Chase, Tim, Alex, and everyone in the dealership were a pleasure to work with and we look forward to working together with them again next time. For the additional rating questions, I would like to point out that Mercedes-Benz of Loveland has always accommodated my personal schedule for serving my vehicles and ALL employees of the dealership have worked hard to look out for my interests. Unfortunately, there is not a response selection that fits - Probably because this is so rare to find!

I bought a used 2016 Mercedes from Nick Umholtz in June of 2016 and that buying experience was delightful. But, after just a few months I realized the car I purchased was too small for my husband so needed to trade it in. Back to Nick I went - would not use anyone else. Nick knew I did not like "shoppping" for a car, knew I didn't have a lot of patience for the entire process and he accommodated my wishes very timely, very professionally and with great knowledge. Nick has continued to check in with me to make sure all is well with the new, new car and I couldn't say enough nice things about this nice young man that knows what he is doing and does it well. Nic Mercer is a Top Gun salesman who went many extra miles to accommodate my needs. Nic saw the transaction through to completion and I am very grateful for his support and perseverance. He even sent a young Tech (Vlad) to sync my garage remote to the new car for which I am ever grateful. Owner Kevin Steward runs a tight ship and customers can expect the absolute BEST in quality products, service, value and customer satisfaction.

Nic Mercer was very helpful, he was very responsive and helpful through emails. When we arrived at the dealership he was prepared and ready. As the title states my wife and I just bought our 9th and 10th Mercedes! Chase Albright is very helpful and knowledgable and always gets us a great deal! We keep going back because of the friendly staff; from Bill Halloway and Chase in sales, Tim, Brian and Trent in management and Alex in finance, they are all a pleasure to work with!
