Ray was very responsive with initial contact and followup emails. Would have purchased from them, but my own fault and car sold quickly. Would definitely consider purchasing from them should another similar car becomes available

I took my car in for service because the previous place I

I took my car in for service because the previous place I took it messed up my alignment. My advisor Bryan Sanchez was FANTASTIC. The tech was amazing as well. They came out and showed me pictures of how something was bent. They were able to get it fixed, they were able to complete my alignment. Every time I come to this dealership. I always get fantastic service! So, huge shoutout to the service team at Mercedes Benz of Loveland Colorado.

I saw a vehicle on the website that I was interested in

I saw a vehicle on the website that I was interested in and left a phone message in the morning before this facility opened. Within minutes of opening I received a call back from one of the salesman who immediately answered my questions and set a time for later in the afternoon to test drive the car. After the drive, I purchased the vehicle and was on my way home in a new car. The salesman was very attentive, knowledgeable and personable.

The sales person Paul very professional he will follow you with the process till you purchase the car he was answered the phone all the time. He doesn?t ignore you. He?s very loyal to his job. I prefer him when you try to buy a car from this dealer.

Service people are trying hard, but repairs are of marginal quality and extremely expensive. Ownership only cares about squeezing every dollar out of their loyal Mercedes customers who have no convenient competition in the region. I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership.

Purchased a used 2022 M3, Kaden (he is an amazing young man) and the rest of the staff were fantastic to work with and with modern technology we were in and out quickly. Will definitely look at this dealership again for future new and used car options and it's a 45 min drive for us.
