Excellent Automobile Purchasing Experience!
My son purchased an E350 4matic sedan, and the experience was outstanding! It was the first car he had purchased, so he was very nervous and anxious about buying a car. Mercedes-Benz of Loveland dealership made everything a wonderful experience for him! Specifically, the sales representative, Felipe Sorzano handled the entire purchasing process from start to finish. We have purchased many cars over the years, but have never met a sales person who combined integrity, customer orientation, and knowledge like Felipe! He assisted my son throughout the process, from finding the right car to supporting him at every step. We intend to return to Felipe and Mercedes-Benz of Loveland for our next automobile purchase, as will our son. My experience at Mercedes Benz of Loveland has been my most memorable and remarkable car buying experience to date. From my first interaction via email with Carlos Rodriguez Sanchez, who listened to my needs and found my ideal car in no time, to the seamless financing process working with Alex Clarke, from start to finish this was the most rewarding car buying experience. It is clear that the team at Mercedes Benz of Loveland is committed to client service and satisfaction as a paramount concern. The whole team made me feel important and extremely valued. They have exceeded my expectations and have forged a strong and loyal relationship. Carlos Rodriguez Sanchez was a pure joy to work with. He took time to find the best car to fit my needs and emailed proposals that I could review before I even went to the dealership. By the time I visited the dealership we had already narrowed down the perfect car for me. Carlos also took as much time needed to answer questions, demonstrate the superior features of the car during the test drive, and spent hours going over the features of the car when I decided to make a purchase. Excellent Experience
Wow. That's all I can say is "wow." Felipe made our experience seamless and with no pressure at all: he was a true professional and very caring towards working with me in getting me my new car. He made the experience feel like a friendly encounter as opposed to your stereotypical "I-need-to-make-this-sale" car salesman. I would highly recommend Felipe to everyone, and will do so in the future with friends and family looking to purchase a Mercedes-Benz, even if they have to make the drive from Denver or Colorado Springs!!!!

First time buyer
We were just driving through the lot looking at pre-owned cars. Chase was nice enough to come out and check on us even though it was about closing time on a sat. Chase answered all of our questions and took us on a test drive. We liked the car so much we purchased it and drove it home that evening !! Now that's customer service ! What an awesome dealership !!
