Wow. That's all I can say is "wow." Felipe made our experience seamless and with no pressure at all: he was a true professional and very caring towards working with me in getting me my new car. We were just driving through the lot looking at pre-owned cars. Chase was nice enough to come out and check on us even though it was about closing time on a sat. Chase answered all of our questions and took us on a test drive. We liked the car so much we purchased it and drove it home that evening !! Now that's customer service !
