Great experience

This was the most pleasurable experience we ever have had purchasing a vehicle. We were greeted by everyone that saw us and NO ONE put any pressure on us during the buying process. Nic Mercer spent quality time with us showing us the features of the car and we never felt rushed by him.

Stress free

We have purchased several vehicles over the years and they were always stressful. We woke up dreading the process but when we walked into the dealership everything changed. We were greeted by everyone that saw us. NO ONE put any pressure on us and treated us like family. I would highly recommend Nick Mercer to be your sales person at this dealership.

My second Mercedes-Benz; thank you, Carlos!

I recently acquired my second Mercedes-Benz from the Loveland dealership and, just like last time, Carlos Rodriquez-Sanchez was the embodiment of the Mercedes-Benz brand. He is my go-to Mercedes guy from here on out!

Excellent car buying experience

While searching for a used car for my daughter I came across what looked like a real find; a current year, ultra low mileage Fusion that basically had a full factory warranty left. I contacted the dealership with a basic inquiry and instantly got a response back from Carlos. After exchanging a couple brief emails I went in for what turned out to be the most friendly, low pressure, painless car buying experience of the near dozen cars I have purchased over the years. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend working with Carlos on a new or used purchase and certainly will take my own business to him in the future if the opportunity presents itself.

Just bought a new MB and Chase Albright made this the ultimate car buying experience. I knew what model car, color, and options I wanted. Chase searched the inventory and within 20 minutes the car was at the dealership. When explaining the features and options, there was never any pressure too buy or add options. The "behind the wheel" drive was equally impressive. I was comfortable driving and his explanation of the car features was thorough. This was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. Great Service and No Pressure

I was in the market for a new Mercedes and I was hoping to be able to buy local for a lot of reasons to include convenience. I ended up at Mercedes Benz of Loveland and I was extremely please with the overall experience. I was treated professionally and never felt pressured through the entire process. I primarily dealt with Nic Mercer and even had brief exchanges with Trent the GM. Throughout the team, they all did a fantastic job! I am now driving my new AMG 43 and I love it!

I have purchased many Mercedes and Nic Mercer was great

I have purchased many Mercedes over the years from different dealerships. Nic Mercer at Mercedes Benz of Loveland was responsive and attentive to our internet inquires and questions over a 2 weeks period. When we made a tentative selection over the internet the vehicle was ready for our inspection at the appointed time. Nic took his time making sure my wife was comfortable test driving the vehicle and answered her questions. The sales process was non pressure and smooth with a price we could all agree upon. Nic and his management and service staff are polite and professional.
