The very best we have ever dealt with

Totally awesome experience. Carlos Rodriquez-Sanchez wears a halo. A super nice man who spent lots of time helping and explaining. Got a rock chip in the windshield 2 days after had car. Dealership replaced windshield without hesitation. Everybody we had contact with was extremely courteous and helpful.

No Complaints Whatsoever

My wife and I were in the market for an entry level vehicle and were very interested in BMW, Mercedes and one particular Audi (TT). We were also in a situation where we were watching our 4 year old grandson, and preparing to drive back to southern California the next day. From the time Carlos approached us, he was nothing but pleasant, professional, personable and extremely easy to work with. Carlos went the extra mile in dealing with our grandson. He got him snacks, colored pictures with him and kept him entertained as we dealt with the finance team. He also was extremely helpful and patient with our car search. We switched gears on him three times before settling on a 2015 C300 Mercedes. All of our test drives were comprehensive, informative and enjoyable, thanks to Carlos? input. He even had a long, patient conversation with Joey(the 4 year old) in the back seat of one of the cars as my wife and I did the test drive. The deal itself went smooth, as Carlos worked with us as much as he could and got us to a price that we could live with. This was something that CO?s BMW staff was not willing to do at all. Once we bought the car, Carlos again went out of his way to educate us on the car, get us all set up, and answer our many questions. I am closing in on 50 years old and I have had many experiences with car salesman throughout my life, most of them very tense and negative in nature. I have grown used to being lied to, manipulated, ignored, dismissed and generally disrespected as a potential buyer. None of these things happened with Carlos or anyone else on your team. Kudos and heartfelt thanks to Carlos from both my wife and myself. We could not be happier with the purchase or who we bought the car from. Carlos even called me to find out how our drive to California went. Something he definitely did NOT have to do! In the world of car buying, we need more Carlos? around!

Car wash

My husband and I took my car in for a car wash and came out with a new car. Nic the sales guy has been very patient with my husband and I over the past few months looking for a new car. My husband saw my new one and we fell in love with it. The staff was awesome and I highly recommend them for a car purchase.

Unbelievable experience

Unbeatable quality of product and service. This is my first car buying experience and I couldn't be more pleased with the treatment I received if you are considering buying any car not exclusively a Mercedes-Benz stop by and see what they can do!

Good honest people

I have really good experience with sales team at Mercedes-Benz Loveland the manager and a salesperson really good deals and honest people I would recommend anybody who would like to drive Mercedes-Benz to go and see Nic Mercer

Excellent experience

Nick Merzer was a delightful individual and was not a high pressure salesman which I believe is what most people prefer. I did not feel pressured to make a decision and had I been, I would have left. I felt I left feeling I got a very fair deal. Thank you Nick
