I?ve only experienced the best when dealing with Mercedes I love how this brand is just better than the rest from New Yorkservice is just amazing ! Quick , Effie isn?t friendly people ! Mercedes has their customers BACK 100% they make the Windsor appreciate this brand more than anything ! I drive a spaceship on a daily basis , they have the most futuristic up to date features & the car drive is like floating on a cloud . Amazing ! Love this brand! Will never choose another !

Good, but...
Chase Albright did a good job in sales. But when we showed up for our pre-scheduled meeting with finance we were told someone else had gotten in ahead of us. We waited over an hour before leaving. We came back two days later. Felipe in finance was excellent. Ours was a cash deal with no trade so I wish we didn’t have to run the gauntlet in finance before we exchanged a check for our new car’s keys. Sales should be responsible for selling the add-one, not Finance. Should make it easier to buy a car.

Honest and efficient!
Nic very helpful and never pushy from the time we first spoke on the phone until the time I was finally ready to come in to test drive the car I was interested in (about one week). He was honest and always respectful and courteous. Everything he told me upfront ultimately rang true through the end of the process. The purchasing processes was extremely painless as they had the loan preapproved and all paperwork prepared and ready for my signature. Felipe was extremely pleasant to work with as well. There was no long, late night waiting. I am extremely pleased with the whole experience at Mercedes-Benz of Loveland and would and will highly recommend them.

Excellent Experience
I found this dealer while doing a nationwide search for a particular vehicle. Initial contact was through the dealer website. I was contacted within the hour by salesperson Nic Mercer. He thoroughly explained the new vehicle order process and called periodically with updates. My vehicle was ready the exact day they said it would be. I flew in and was out the door in about two hours. Service was friendly, facilities are clean and modern, an entirely enjoyable experience.

Flawless Service
I found this dealer after doing a nationwide search for a particular vehicle. Initial contact was via the dealer website. Within the hour I was contacted by Nic Mercer who explained that the vehicle I was interested in (a 4wheel drive Sprinter) already had a deposit but that more were expected. He thoroughly explained the process to secure one of theses vehicles, periodically called to give updates, (your Sprinter has been built, has been shipped, is here in the US, is at our dealership, is ready for you to pickup). I arrived at the appointed hour and was out the door about two hours later in the start of a very long drive home. Everyone at Mercedes-Benz of Loveland was a pleasure to work with. I highly recond this dealer.
