Friendly and efficient

We got the vehicle we wanted and the whole transaction took less then an hour total. They were very competitive price wise and the entire experience was very pleasant.

First class service and no hassle experience!

David Soto our sales person was wonderful! Not a moment of pressuring us to make our decision, from either the sales manager or David Soto. This dealership is top notch and makes things so quick and easy. Everything was ready to go when we picked up our car, we only had to spend minutes signing paperwork with their finances person Felipe. Start to finish a wonderful experience with a great team.

Hassle Free Buying Experience

This is my first purchase at Mercedes-Benz Loveland and things couldn't have went smoother. Working with both Brian Butler and Chase Albright, we found the exact car we had been looking for, with a thorough explanation of all car options. Chase handled our paperwork and guided us through the steps to car buying with professionalism and a provided timely answers to all of our questions. We couldn't be happier with the experience and the follow-up attention from Chase. We will definitely be buying our next vehicle from these folks.

True Professionalism

I can't even express how great the level of professionalism is that we experienced here at Mercedes-Benz of Loveland. Our Sales person Chase Albright was exceptional to work with. Brian Butler the new car sales Manager made all the numbers work. It was easy right down to the Finance person Felipe Sorzano. This was not my first experience with this dealership and they certainly have set the bar! Thank you all so very much.... I love my new car!!!

Another good experience

From test-drive, to final-cost negotiations, to finance-qualification, everything went smoothly and pleasantly; another (repeat buyer, here!) good experience. Happy customer, happy dealer..

Finally, an ethical and honest sales professional!

I was introduced to Nic Mercer by my service rep. when my 10 year old sedan needed more in repairs than I was willing to spend. He listened to my needs and concerns and kept in touch with me every step of the way. Even when the car I really wanted was purchased by someone else, he had another sent to the dealership to accommodate how picky I am. :) There were no last minute changes to pricing and terms like I've experienced before during the buying process. Both he and Alex Clarke were honest and professional. I understand that I am a very tough customer but these guys impressed me with their professionalism and honesty.

good experience with dealership

we purchased a used Jeep Grand Cherokee from them. The salesman was friendly and helpful. There was one task the service department had to perform for us, however they needed to order a part from a 3rd party vendor to make it happen. The service person Austin was great. He kept me informed of his progress and when the part arrived, he even volunteered to come to my home to perform the work. Without a doubt the best experience I've ever had with a dealership service department.

Great experience

I purchased a used C300. Nic Mercer was great. Very friendly & knowledgable about the car w/o coming across as pushy. Easy process from beginning to end. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Great Experience

We worked with David Soto who was very helpful as well as knowledgeable about the car. Alex was also great to work with and he made sure that we were informed about the process before we signed the paperwork. The entire process went quickly. We never felt pressured to make a decision. In addition, we feel we got a great deal on our vehicle. We got what we wanted for our trade-in and the dealership offered the best rates on financing that we could find. They detailed the car before we drove it home and we couldn't be happier with the vehicle and our overall experience. We highly recommend this dealership and plan on returning when the time comes.
