This was our first time in a Mercedes dealership. First class from moment one. Paul Mizelle was easily the best sales rep my wife and I have dealt with at a car dealership. His wealth of product knowledge and the fact that he was so easy going almost made me forget we were at a car dealership. Plus not to mention one of the quickest time with the dreaded paperwork ever. Can’t wait to come back again. Thanks we love the new car.

Paul Mizelle and Felipe Sorzano were fantastic to deal with. I'm in Cincinnati and located the vehicle I was interested in at this dealership near Denver, CO (as used white 2017s are relatively rare, the three I was initially interested in were all quite a distance away) . They helped me to work out the details on the sale of the vehicle as well as the financing as my local finance options did not want to do a car loan for a vehicle that was over 100 miles away. They matched the best rates I was able to find locally and the deal was done. The majority of my time spent when I picked the vehicle up was with Paul as he went over the vehicle features (I flew out and drove back). The paperwork didn't even take 15 minutes (though I had reviewed it ahead of time). Paul even picked me up at the airport when I flew in. I highly recommend this dealership.

I was looking to downsize from a large to smaller SUV. I reviewed 3 vehicles on line and contacted each. This dealership was the quickest to respond and had the largest inventory of what I was looking for. They were very accommodating with my available times to test drive, and ultimately when my husband and myself were available to make a deal. We did a vehicle review, negotiations, trade in, and financing all in under 2 hours. We were never pressured, we made one offer and were done. Heaven compared to other buying experiences. Everyone was fabulous! Nick and Felipe were marvelous.

If there is something wrong mechanically or electrically the team will work until an answer is found and in place and that includes working directly with the MB factory.

Went into this Mercedes Benz dealership in Loveland, CO early one morning and asked if they could help me with the purchase of a used high mileage vehicle for my daughter, for under 20,000 bucks. Salesman Nic Mercer was first to arrive that morning. I could not have been more pleased with the way he handled this somewhat meager request, at least meager for a Mercedes Benz dealership. Long story short . . . salesman Mercer handled us in the same manner as if we were buying the most expensive vehicle on the lot. That tells you all you need to know. Great dealership. I ran into a great salesman at Mercedes-Benz of Loveland by the name of Nic Mercer. Get this! It appeared to me that he treated our purchase of a high mileage used 2013 Mercedes in the same manner as if we were purchasing the newest most expensive vehicle on the lot. That's all that needs to said.
