I walked in with the intention of just 'looking' for a potential future purchase and walked out with a sexy new car!! The no-pressure sales made the experience comfortable and pleasant. All of the staff are very professional and easy to deal with. I would recommend this dealership and Nic as a salesman.

The staff know me by name and are welcoming every time I come in (which is for a weekly care wash). They also work very hard at getting me the best deal when I switch my lease.

Working with Chase Albright and the team at Mercedes-Benz of Loveland was a great experience. Chase was patient and did everything he could to search the lot and other location to find exactly what I was looking for. I finally decided on the pearl white GLC 43 AMG Coupe. Chase and the team took very good care of me through the process of buying and one key point for me is the continued follow up and helpfulness after the purchase.

We went to the dealership to look for a specific car. Nic Mercer greeted us with a smile and was very knowledgeable about all the options and types of cars they offer. Purchasing a new car is something I seldom do. After extensive online research, my husband and I visited the dealership in Loveland. There we received polite and comprehensive answers to our questions and we decided to order a vehicle which arrived timely. We especially appreciated the instruction for all the updated features.

My husband and I purchase vehicles at least once a year and this experience has been the easiest and best one.
