Excellent, knowledgeable customer service!I

I walked in with the intention of just 'looking' for a potential future purchase and walked out with a sexy new car!! The no-pressure sales made the experience comfortable and pleasant. All of the staff are very professional and easy to deal with. I would recommend this dealership and Nic as a salesman.

Absolutely Amazing

Excellent experience for my lease upgrade!

It was great experience working with Carlos, Brian and Felipe on my lease upgrade! Very professional and customer friendly. This is my second great experience with this dealer. I would recommend to all of my friends and colleagues.

Always excellent customer service

The staff know me by name and are welcoming every time I come in (which is for a weekly care wash). They also work very hard at getting me the best deal when I switch my lease.

Nic Mercer is an A+ Sales Rep

I felt zero pressure with Nic. I told him what vehicle I was looking for and he never gave up on searching for it and reaching out to me when he found it. He is super genuine, caring and made my buying experience beyond convenient and easy. I would recommend him and this dealership in a heartbeat.

Great team and follow up at MB of Loveland

Working with Chase Albright and the team at Mercedes-Benz of Loveland was a great experience. Chase was patient and did everything he could to search the lot and other location to find exactly what I was looking for. I finally decided on the pearl white GLC 43 AMG Coupe. Chase and the team took very good care of me through the process of buying and one key point for me is the continued follow up and helpfulness after the purchase.

Excellent service and very helpful

We went to the dealership to look for a specific car. Nic Mercer greeted us with a smile and was very knowledgeable about all the options and types of cars they offer. He was not pushy or overbearing. I was shopping with my adult son and we both felt included in the conversation. Everyone we met at the dealership had smiles on their faces and appeared to be enjoying themselves. The people who work there are obviously proud of their vehicles and their jobs

Pleased with experience

Purchasing a new car is something I seldom do. After extensive online research, my husband and I visited the dealership in Loveland. There we received polite and comprehensive answers to our questions and we decided to order a vehicle which arrived timely. We especially appreciated the instruction for all the updated features.

Best car experience I have had!

My husband and I purchase vehicles at least once a year and this experience has been the easiest and best one. I'm working on rebuilding my credit and they were so easy to work for and worked at getting me an amazing deal. I would highly recommend buying a car with them and ask for Nic Mercier. He was amazing!
