Drove up from Denver to look at a used car. Met Nic and from the start he was very personable and more important, patient. He answered my hundred or so questions and never made me feel pressured or like I was wasting his time. Nic is a great salesman and his demeanor is that of a genuinely good person. As an older car buyer, I've purchased cars from many dealerships over the years. For the most part, the car buying experience and the dealership experience are NOT pleasant. However, the opposite couldn't be more true of Mercedes of Loveland. Everyone I've come in contact there is very professional, helpful, low-pressure and pleasure to do business with. This is the 3rd Mercedes I've purchased from them and each time my salesperson was Paul Mizelle. Of all the sales people I've worked with over the years, Paul is in a league by himself. The folks in service are equally as professional and courteous and will always make you feel welcome. They fully explain what the situation is and work with you throughout any service appointment you need. I can't exclude the courtesy drivers, car washers, some of the back office folks.
