1st Car Purchase

David S. was a great salesman, he made sure that I got the car I wanted and was quick to address the few issues that I found on the car. Brain B was very friendly. Felipe S. helped me get the best financing available for a new car buyer.

This dealership will make you want to buy a Merc

I walked in almost at close time and didn't expect any kind of service but Chase was more than willing to help me out. The staff stayed back for more than an hour after close to work with me and got me a deal so good that I ended up purchasing a car even though I planned to do it a few months later. Chase worked with me on all the documents and made the whole process extremely simple and was beyond cooperative so much so that it felt like buying a car from a friend. Everybody in the dealership made the process simple and quick and I couldn't have been happier about it.

Dream car and experience!

Wow! What a great experience I had at Mercedes Loveland with David Soto and Brian Butler. David walked me through the process by staying in touch with me via email and was always conscience in giving me information on the car. He’s not your typical sales guy. He honestly cares! Brian was kind enough to help me through the financing part and I couldn’t be happier! Alex Clarke was icing on the cake! Thanks guys- great work! I’ll be telling everyone about you!!!

Best car buying experience ever!

We have purchased from Loveland MB before but Chase Albright took car buying to a whole new level. He found the perfect car and delivered it to us! Exceptional experience!

Best experience

Dealing with Mercedes in anyway is such a awesome experience hands down. We are and will always be Mercedes customers. The customer experience has never been this good with any other Car dealer.

Overall great experience

I had the opportunity to work with Chase and Nick during my purchasing experience, both were very helpful and provided unique insights during my search. This is my second Mercedes, returning to the brand after driving vehicles made by competing companies. I would definitely send others to MB Loveland to work with either of these two. They provided great service, knowledge, and guidance to the right choice of vehicle based on the information I provided to them.

Always Awesome!

I have bought several cars at the Mercedes of Loveland dealership. Trent and his staff are friendly, helpful and thorough. Chase is the salesman that I use. He is great!

Great buying experience!

We purchased our Sprinter from Chase Albright and it was the easiest, most stress-free car buying experience we have ever had. Chase was genuine, reliable, provided excellent communication and was enthusiastic with us about the van and our conversion plans. We would buy again from him any day. Great personalized buying experience

The knowledge Chase had Teagarden g the vehicle was very impressive. He made me feel comfortable and unpressured during the process. He answered any questions I had and educated me on all the features is the vehicle. It made the experience more exciting and not stressful because he was theee to help me.

Extremely enjoyable experience

Chase was helpful and patient during the car buying experience. He has also continued to check in to make sure the car is everything I wanted. The financial department was great to work with as well, Felipe walked through all the paperwork to make sure I didn’t have any question.
