Mercedes-Benz of Loveland

This is my second car from Mercedes Benz of Loveland. I have had excellent experiences with them. I bring my car in every few weeks for washing and interact with the staff at that time. I have been always very happy with everyone.

Just a moment to say that it was a great experience last week when we purchased our new Mercedes. Nic Mercer has a great personal rapport with his clients and Brian Butler took the time out of his busy day to come over and speak with us. The functionality of our new vehicle was explained and we were offered an opportunity to call on them with further questions if need be. This has been the best car buying experience we have had in over twenty years. Thanks to all who made it possible.

They were helpful, patient, and stayed really late just so we could buy our car. They treated us like family the moment we stepped in. I HIGHLY recommend Chase and this dealership. We will definitely be repeat clients and will return. Thank you again for everything!

We had a fantastic experience from the first greeting in the parking lot with Brian to working Nic to find the right vehicle to signing papers with Felipe. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted when we came to the dealership and Nic worked to get us a great deal without feeling pressured. It was a great car buying experience with the entire staff, we will certainly be coming back!

Very happy with the experience. Vehicle showed up with wrong tires but was corrected. Look forward to see how the follow up maintenance etc is.

We had never considered a Mercedes until we walked in out of curiosity. Paul greeted us with all the knowledge we needed for every factor of the car. The amount of knowledge he had regarding every component of the car was astounding, more than we have ever gotten from any other dealership in all of our buying experiences!!
