Efficient and fun to work with!

Excellent service

Our service rep, Chase, was great to work with. He even picked us up and brought us to the dealership because we were without a car following an accident. He and everyone else we worked with were courteous and mindful of our needs.

Customer service done right

From price to service, this has been, hands down, the best new car purchase ever. And since I’m 68 yrs old, that’s saying a lot. It’s nice to see that things can still be done right.

Personable, easeful, and efficient

Everything about my experience was positive. They valued my time, met my financial requests, and made sure that I left feeling good about my purchase. Moreover, everyone that I interacted with personable, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. This is a A+ dealership!

Overall great service!

The dealer's service and attention to detail were excellent, including my sales associate Paul! The add-on's and finance process was the best because it was focused on the benefits to me, what worked best, and enjoying the vehicle long term. I purchased an additional service item that is not typically what I or the on-line research would say to do (everyone says to say no to dealer add-on's). But, it had a good value on paint and interior protection that made sense to me and for the long term value of the vehicle and convenience. I would strongly recommend you drive the extra distance to Loveland if you live in mere Denver and give this dealer a shot to earn your business. You wont be disappointed!

Great Job!!

No Pressure Sale

David was nice and pleasant with no high pressure sales techniques. Gave quality information so I could make my decision. Brian helped me get into the car I wanted and Felipe was quick and knowledgeable about the purchasing process. Great team.

Just Looking!

We were just out looking at cars, after spending time with Chase it just made sense to go with this Mercedes. The time Chase spent with us was educational and fun. Brian was friendly and Felipe made it easy. These professionals made us feel comfortable like no other dealership we have ever been in and make us proud to own a Mercedes. Thank you.

My first Mercedes Benz

Over the past 40 years, I've purchased more than a dozen cars, Ford, Nissan, Hyundai, trucks, sedans, SUVs, etc. I've generally been pleased with all of them. The one thing they all had in common was the dealership experience, you know the excitement heavily tinged with the that sinking feeling of being taken to the bank by that wolf in a sheep's skin. After all, they do this every day and I get a car or two only every 5 to 10 years, so it always seems like the first time. The staff at Mercedes Benz of Loveland were an exception. I've never felt as welcome, comfortable, as well treated, or as confident that I got a good deal on a car purchase. . . and a Mercedes to boot! When we walked in, the receptionist greeted us and asked us how she could help. I told her we were there to buy a car. She said someone would be with us in a few minutes and pointed out the free snacks and coffee bar in lounge area. Before the espresso machine had filled my cup half way, Brian Butler, the sales manager, came over and welcomed us in a very cordial way. Let us know his team was busy but that one of his team members would be with us in just a few minutes. Before we finished talking, one of Brian's team walked up and Brian introduced us to Chase Albright. There was no push, no hurry to the ensuing conversation. We moved to Chase's office and told him that we'd seen a listing for one of their vehicles online and were interested in getting it. A preowned 2015 ML350 with only 19K miles and one of the most competitive prices listed anywhere in the front range area. After checking Chase came back and said, "There's good news and bad news." Apparently the vehicle we'd seen had been sent to auction they hadn't been able to sell it for a while. The good news was that they could get the car back. Chase mentioned that the car was in pristine condition and had been surprised that it had not sold. Part of the bad news was that we wouldn't be able to see or drive the Car until the following Monday (it was a Saturday) as the auction lot was closed and they wouldn't be able to retreive it until the lot opened the following Monday. We decided to purchase the vehicle unseen (yes, I know what some of you may be thinking . . a fool and his money are soon parted), but Brian guaranteed us that if we didn't like the car he would tear up the paper work. Our last stop in the purchase process was in the financial department where we were introduced to Alex Clarke. Alex took the time to go over and explain all the options and details in a very relaxed, cordial, and understandable manner. Again, never felt so comfortable or well treated at a car dealership in my life. We returned the following Thursday to pick up the car we'd purchased. True to Chase's word, the car was pristine, beautiful in fact. Well maintained by the previouw owner and a three year old car with only 19K miles! We've been driving it for a week now, the car lives up to the Mercedes reputation. Solid, smooth, quiet, handles oh so well . . . it glides around corners, seems to defy the laws of physics!. My hat's off to Brian, Chase, Alex, and the rest of the team we never met who retrieved the vehicle, re-certified (!), and applied the extras we purchased. Best car buying experience of my life!
