Carlos was the most informative and considerate people I have ever dealt with. He was able to answer all my questions and was more then happy to give me all options, even if it meant that it wasn’t in my way interest to purchase a new car. Car shopping with Chase and Bill at Mercedes Benz of Loveland was easy. They answered my questions, explained how the car works and showed me the feature. No pressure to buy, sell me something I didn't want. However, they did give me several option. In the past 3 months I've been to at-least 9 different dealers.
