Not your average car guy.

The guys at Mercedes of Loveland are awesome. I bought my first Mercedes last week and although it pains me to admit the darn thing is smarter than I am..... thank goodness for Brian! He has a wealth of knowledge and is infinitely patient. He got everything set up in my new car and showed me (several times) how everything works. He made me feel welcome to ask as many questions as I needed to feel comfortable in my new car. Anyone who like me has put off buying a new car because of how intimidating the new technology can be, go see Brian he can help!

Great Experience with Nick Umholtz

Very easy process. Found the vehicle on their website and had the deal done in a couple of days over text. Great job Nick! We will definitely use you again!!

Lemon Sprinter Sales

This dealership sold a LEMON sprinter (van required complete engine replacement at 1,500miles) and has made absolutely NO attempt to help/support me through the process. Bill, the Sprinter guy has been non-responsive and not helpful. After months of battling Mercedes corporate, with no help from him or the dealer, all I asked for was a simple extended warranty and got no response. Meanwhile, Mercedes of Westminster has been very responsive to my service needs. Don't buy a sprinter here, there are plenty of options in front range - these guys only want to sell and not service.

Repairs on our S550

While on vacation in Colorado our S550 broke down with a leak in the transmission fluid line. Mercedes Benz of Loveland provided us with a loaner car so that we could continue our vacation in Estes Park while they repaired our car. They were very curteous and keep us informed on the status of our repairs delivering on their promised completion date. I highly recommend this dealership and all of their employees. We had a fantastic experience.

Felt no pressure

Was impressed, I usually despise dealing with car dealerships but this was a good experience. I did not get frustrated or felt like I was being pushed into something I did not want. Very satisfied with the experience.

Shopping for a Sprinter Cargo Van

Bill Holloway helped me purchase my Sprinter Van. He was very knowledgeable and helped me to find the perfect van for me. The facilities were very nicely done and provided many comfortable spots to relax. This is the 4th vehicle that I have purchased and I was very impressed with the little things that the dealership did for me. Simple things like filling up the gas tank and providing a folder for my paperwork. If you are looking for a Cargo Van, look no further than Mercedes-Benz of Loveland.

Beyond Excellent Service

I communicated with Bill Holloway about wanting to test drive a Sprinter Cargo Van. When I arrived for our scheduled meeting, Bill had prepared several vans for us to look at. Even though I knew what I wanted, I was very impressed with the forethought and work he put into our meeting. Bill graciously helped me find the in's and out's of the van and pointed out things I should know, like where the battery was located and the other basic parts of the engine. The dealership was very nice and had different areas for adults and a special place for kiddos to play. As someone who has worked in a service industry, I could tell the though and effort put into the building for their patrons comfort. This is the 4th vehicle I have purchased and I can honestly say that buying a vehicle from Mercedes-Benz of Loveland was the most enjoyable car-buying experience that I've ever had.

Great Vehicle and an Expedient Purchase

I came to Loveland for a preowned-vehicle. The vehicle was clean and exactly as described with excellent pricing. From the time I arrived on the lot, to the time we completed things in the finance office, all of the gentlemen who assisted me were friendly and genuine. The whole experience was very thorough yet fast. I was in the dealership for around 90 minutes. This dealership keeps the best of the best on their lot and I would do business with them again.
