Fantastic!
Fantastic Sales and Service. This is our 4th Mercedes from MB of Loveland. Nick, Chase, Brian and Felipe made it happen for us right after our last Mercedes was totalled in a crash. My wife walked away from the wreck without a scratch and we walked away with a brand new 2020 MB C Class.

Wonderful experience
We were so impressed with the integrity of the people at Mercedes Benz of Loveland. Chase was helpful and professional from start to finish. The car we wanted to look at had already been brought to the front of the dealership and washed when we arrived. Chase went with us on our test drive and explained all of the features in the car. The negotiation was very low pressure with plenty of time to ask questions and explore different options. There was a misunderstanding regarding the warranty on our certified pre-owned vehicle, and Chase had the highest level of integrity regarding the situation. He brought in Nic to help resolve the issue and to the credit of Mercedes Benz of Loveland they honored the original agreement even though it meant a loss of revenue for them. We appreciate the honesty and integrity that was shown during this unfortunate incident. We know that we can safely recommend Chase for the purchase of your car!

Amazing dealership! Repaired my Sprinter while I waited. I traveled over 200 miles to have my vehicle serviced at Mercedes Benz of Loveland and will only use them for service. Kasey is am amazing and intelligent service technician. Alec knows more about Sprinters than anyone I have met. Great service and support that is second to none!
