We came in looking for a new vehicle for my mom. Carlos was excellent! He was very helpful in selecting the best vehicle. Carlos was also incredibly patient with my mom, teaching her all of the ins and outs Mercedes has to offer. Once she made her choice, Alex was great at getting the deal finalized. The best part was that he did not shove the infamous extended warranty down our throats. Overall, a great experience! We drove up from Centennial and the quality of service we received was worth the 1 hour drive.

I bought a 2017 GLE 43 from Mercedes of Loveland last week, and loved the experience. We only saw the car online and knew that was the one. I had only 5 days to purchase and arrange transport to get it by Christmas Eve for my wife as a Christmas present. We were very happy to receive it on Christmas Eve day. Thanks to Paul Mizelle, who recommended an excellent transportation company. The vehicle was nicer in real life. it was beyond our expectation. The car is in excellent shape/condition as describe in the website but seeing it brings a lot of joy and appreciation to Mercedes of Loveland.
