I recently moved to Longmont and was looking for Mercedes Service I can trust. My Service Advisor, Kurt MacFarlane, at Mercedes-Benz of Loveland has been a Mercedes Mechanic there, which I believe is a huge benefit to his current job. When I mentioned the Houdini-like contortions required to access a light bulb on my ML350, he applied his expertise to an immediate answer that was as confident and concise, as the price they charged me to do it! That is “Mercedes Magic.”

Excellent service. kurt was so caring and helpful when I brought my GLC 300 for brake repair. They even gave me a brand new 2020 car as a loaner to drive back to Cheyenne when I had to leave my car overnight. Superb and unequaled customer service!
