My wife and I truly enjoyed our car buying experience!! The staff and sales team was wonderful to deal with from the moment we walked into this dealership, throughout the test drive, deal negotiations and purchase process! We stopped in at 4pm and were on our way in time to make it to dinner to celebrate our new car. What a amazingly professional team!!! This is what car buying should ALWAYS be like!!! You have us as new clients for life.

My husband and I purchased a 2019 C-300 at this dealership as a result of a drive through the dealership - just looking for possibilities. We never even thought we would find a car to our likely in our price range at this place, but we did - and we are just thrilled with it! It is a 2nd's "new" car that had some miles on it, but very low. Mercedes Benz so far outclasses everything else we were looking at and we were just amazed. Alex Bovee was the young man that sold us the car, and he was very thorough and most courteous. I don't see his name in the Sales on this, but it should be! The manger, Brian Butler, was also amazing. There was a bit of a backup as it seemed everyone was buying that day, but they worked us through the system as quickly as possible with Alex Clarke. The courtesy and honesty of all gentlemen was top rated. We would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking - and don't ever rule out a Mercedes! What you get in a car is so far beyond "average" it's worth it!

Best experience ever! From the second walked in I felt taken care of, they always kept me in the loop throughout the paperwork, answered all my questions and made sure I got the best deal. I never saw myself in a Mercedes nor did I look like I belonged in one, I walked in with shorts, a tank top and a half tattoo sleeve and they treated me like a princess!! You will never find a place with better customer service or a better group of salesman. Throughout the car buying process you feel a lot of pressure from dealers and some come off as a little "creepy" this is not the experience at all at Mercedes they are all excellent at what they do and genuinely want you to be happy and get something that will check all your boxes! I left with a massive smile on my face and a key in my hand!

Working with Carlos was a dream. He is incredibly knowledgeable and was very patient with us. We looked at several GLA250s in 90+ degree heat. Carlos showed us all the features that separate Mercedes from the other luxury cars on the market during our test drive.... and there are a lot! He and Brian Butler worked for us to get a monthly payment we were comfortable with. They listened and didn't pressure us at all! Seriously, this was the absolute best buying experience I have ever had. Goodbye BMW, hello Benz!! I'm still in shock at how easy the entire purchase was. Will recommend 1000 times over!!

My recent vehicle purchase at MB Loveland was the easiest car buying experience that I have had. Working with Chase to make the deal was a quick and easy process. I had done a lot of my own research before even walking in the door, and Chase had a great knowledge base for the GLC43 and was easily able to answer any other questions I had. The experience was quick and efficient, which I appreciated. I look forward to doing business with them again in the future.

Austin in service was remarkable we had a little problem with having to have my Mercedes there a little bit longer due to issues with the car and Austin was amazing he sent us home in a loner and then we needed to bring back our car for a different issue that was coming up after my initial problem Austin went totally 150% out of his way this is the number one dealership I Live 5 hrs away from this dealership i have no hesitation of going back great service great people to work with thank you Austin, my Benz is running great! ... Chase Albright, Nic Mercer and Alex Clarke were the perfect combination to work with. Everyone was very helpful, knowledgeable and super easy and FUN to work with. Chase went though all the features of the vehicle and gave his personal attention to all questions we had. Very impressed with his knowledge of all the features of the vehicle.
