Ken was great! Even though I didn’t buy a Mercedes from them, I bought a really nice Nissan Maxima from their used lot, they still gave me the same treatment as if I was. Really awesome dealership!

My salesman seemed to want to please me not just sell me. He was helpful, more like a friend doing you a favor than someone trying to get your money. The whole experience was excellent.

Worked with Chase initially then Sean to make the deal. Each of them were tremendously knowledgeable about the cars and patient with our questions. This was our first MB leasing experience. We couldn't have asked for better. Each and every individual here is wonderful from sales to finance to service. We were unfortunate to get a nail in one of our rear tires within 72 hours of taking our car home. The service center quickly got us into a courtesy vehicle while we waited for the tire to be ordered. Kasey in service was wonderful to work with in this process.

I came in for a service for my 2018 GLC and went to speak to Chase about needing a bigger car when our second baby came and left with a 2019 never owned GLS for a great price. It was wonderful.

Nic and Sean were both professional and the made the process easy and fair. I purchased a pre owned Mercedes and Nic had actually sold it to it's first owner which gave me piece of mind. Sean was excellent being prompt and simple with communication and they seemed genuinely happy for me!

Nic was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. Even when he received a much deserved promotion he made sure we were in good hands, with Chase, to manage the rest of our purchase and delivery of our vehicle.
