I would definitely do business with Mercedes-Benz of Loveland again. Even with the current situation with regards to the COVID-19 virus they were still very professional and efficient. Bill and Alex were very helpful and able to answer all my questions

Great Car Buying Experience

I just purchased my first M-B and had a great experience throughout the process. I started the process about nine months ago (I take a long time to make a decision) and they worked very patiently with me the entire time, answering my many questions. There was never any pressure. When my primary sales person was not in, someone else was always willing to jump in and help. They said it would take about four months to to build and deliver the car I wanted, and it did. Alex did a great job keeping me informed about the build and delivery. In sum, they took great care of me and I enjoyed the whole experience.

I had a great experience purchasing my new C300 at...

I had a great experience purchasing my new C300 at Mercedes Benz of Loveland. I specifically got to work with Alex, Nick, Brian and Chase in sales and Kacey in service. They were all very professional and accommodating! I highly recommend working with the shop foreman as I was able to meet with him as well and was very impressed with how much knowledge and experience he has on Mercedes vehicles.

Excellent, straightforward experience with MBL

I bought a used car from faraway (out of state), so the transaction happened mostly via email and then phone calls. Everything was on the up-and-up, and all went very straightforwardly. The price was great, and Paul (in sales) was a very reasonable, low-pressure partner to come to an agreement. When I drove all the way to Colorado, the dealership was very accommodating in person -- took me to the local car-rental place to return the car I had brought, and then had me back on the road (in my new vehicle!) in less than two hours.

Salesman (Chase) and all others were most professional and helpful. No pressure. Fair price. I highly recommend this place. Will used-car shop here again .

Best Experience Ever!

I work a Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:30pm job. So I had to do a lot of my shopping online. I was searching for a specific vehicle and happened to find what I was looking for here at the Mercedes-Benz of Loveland. Sean was great and helped me get everything squared away online. When I was able to come to seal the deal I was amazed by the service. Alex was the Business director that we worked with and was equally pleasant. I was greeted by everyone, including the pre-owned sales manager. I spent less than an hour in the dealership altogether. It was the easiest, and most pressure-free experience I have ever had. I will definitely be back in the future! Thanks again! I love my GMC Acadia!

MB Loveland truly lived up to the MB slogan. Excellent buying experience and pricing. Worth the drive from Aurora.
