I had an amazing experience working with this dealership!

I had an amazing experience working with this dealership! Everyone that I had met was genuinely welcoming and kind. I never felt pressured to purchase anything I wasn’t completely satisfied with, which I greatly appreciated. I felt like I was well taken care of and in good hands. I was well informed about the car and features and the paperwork process as well. This was the best car buying experience I have had.

Understanding the customers need is key to customer satisfaction...never promise on what you cant deliver. Honesty above all else! I sell technical ideas for a living. Ensure you can deliver...is also key. Align the business practices with your customers need/requirements...in this way, everyone wins. Understanding, your job is to sell cars...

We were first met by Chris.

We were first met by Chris. What a character. He made looking for a car and test driving a great experience. Gary was like being with a friend. So easy to work with and honest and fair. Brian was also very polite and accommodating. This is my 3rd Acura. I left an Audi Q7 behind for the MDX.

Christ took us on the best test drive!

Christ took us on the best test drive! I felt 1000% confident in buying my car because he shows you all the features and important details, speed, breaks, lane assist, different driving modes, you name it he made sure to go over every inch of the cars capabilities. Everyone at Acura was so positive, upbeat, and helpful. I was very surprised at how willing they were to look into every avenue in order to get me the best deal. I’ve never been to a dealership that has made me feel more comfortable and valued, normally dealerships make you feel like just a number but Acura treated us like the complete opposite. I have raved to everyone I know about Niello Acura and about all of my cars features (thanks to Chris). I am beyond in love with my car and the experience as a whole that Niello Acura, Chris, Ayana, Brian, and Randy provided! Definitely on my way to becoming a customer for life!:)
