Dealership seems to have slipped somewhat based upon my previous, long term experience with Niello and especially with Gary (Previous Internet Sales Representative). Brian Wood not as diligent in returning phone calls or as customer focused in getting follow up questions answered. Excellent when dealing with him in person not so much getting answers and returning phone calls.
