The internet media descriptions of the Tacoma were

The internet media descriptions of the Tacoma were appealing and accurate. Moe and Rich are very friendly and professional as were everyone I encountered. Niello Acura provides a very comfortable setting for its customers. The transaction was smooth and easy but took a bit longer than it should have. The service was exceptional and I really appreciate the new tires that were mounted just before the test drive. The Tacoma was in exceptional condition and ready to go. This has been one of my top auto buying experiences. Be assured I will recommend Nielllo Acura to my friends and family.

The Charging Station Disaster My dealership referred me

The Charging Station Disaster My dealership referred me to Acura Home Electric (AHE) for the installation, but the process never materialized. The subcontractor assigned to the job, Electrum and Tech City, failed to follow up and get the permits needed, and after a month and a half of waiting, I finally reached them—only to discover they weren’t even aware of my work order! I assumed we were waiting for permits, but we hadn’t even reached that stage yet. This makes me hesitant to go with them and hand over $11,000 for installation. Dealership Support Vanished After the Sale Given the situation, I requested to switch from the home charging station to a portable charger instead. I made this request through the sales manager at Nielo Acura, but rather than helping, he dismissed my concern, claiming I had already discussed the matter with Angela and that it was resolved. "There is nothing he can do to help me. "That was far from the truth and I just wanted to switch from the home charging station to having the portable charger. This dealership left me feeling abandoned as soon as the purchase was finalized. Their support and professionalism vanished after the sale. The sales manager even made it seem like I was lying about the unresolved issue. Final Thoughts This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth, and I will never buy from this dealership again. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere—somewhere that values customers before AND after the sale.

Bought a new car at Niello Acura and within 3 days, the rear view mirror had detached itself from the windshield. Brought the car in to get it fixed, but the process took longer than expected (2 weeks).

this is our third experience with Niello.

this is our third experience with Niello. we've been pleased. we may not have made the best "deal".....but the process was easy, complete and at least we felt our business was wanted. the staff did a fine job in representing both the product and their employer. i'd do it again.,.......if i live long enough.

My sales person Yev was very helpful.

My sales person Yev was very helpful. I had an option of going to Elk Grove Acura which is close to my house but Yev was very responsive. So I went to Niello to buy my car. The sales manager was very responsive and friendly. I would recommend your team to family and friends.
