Everyone was really nice, they made me and my boyfriend

Everyone was really nice, they made me and my boyfriend feel very comfortable. They made sure I was approve for my beautiful car that I have now. The customer service was absolutely amazing.

Overall, a very good experience.

Overall, a very good experience. Our salesman, Chris, was very helpful and knowledgeable. We had a few blips and had to return to the dealership a few times, but all turned out well in the end and we got the 2024 MDX we wanted. Every employee we dealt with along the line was attentive and made sure all our needs were met.

The entire experience from the appointment call to getting the keys, was really seamless. We worked with a great team, shout out to Lance in sales, who knows his product and the various managers involved keeping the transaction moving to a smooth close. Thank you Niello Acura Roseville!

Dealership wasn’t bad.

Dealership wasn’t bad. Salesman was new and didn’t seem to know everything he needed to do. During the financing not enough was explained to why or who would be the primary and who would be the co borrower

Made an appointment to purchase a vehicle.

Made an appointment to purchase a vehicle. Confirmed the appointment 1 hour before. Drove over 2 hours, and they sold it out from under us. So disrespectful. I will never recommend a Niello dealership.

We are very pleased with the customer service when we bought our new MDX from Niello Acura. Chris and Angela did a wonderful job communicating online, then in person when we went in for purchase/pickup. Chris followed up later asking how everything was going and if we had any issues. None. Great dealership, great people and a great car.
