2nd new car in the last two years bought here.

2nd new car in the last two years bought here. Purchase went good and had no problems. Had the car for a month now. Still notice my trade in has not been paid off yet. Called Honda to see if they have any records. Was told no payoff yet and no records of my new in there system either. Called dealership to be told because of all the holidays it’s taken a while to get done. They call be back and say I need to pay 2nd payment so Acura and finish my paperwork. Just very irritated with these findings. Nobody ever called on these delays. If I didn’t call would it have been taken care of. Just bad communication with business side of it. Definitely make me think about some else next car purchase next time.
