This is our 4th Acura MDX since 2009.

This is our 4th Acura MDX since 2009. Beautiful car; the facelift/redesign this year really pushed it into a true luxury car level. We were considering a Volvo XC90, but the Acura was a better car at a better price point. The folks at Niello Acura were easy to work with, and Yana was super nice and helpful. She let us drive the car alone so that we could try it on the freeway, around town, and make sure it fit into our garage properly. They chased down the exact model/color/package we were looking for and retrieved it overnight. She gave us enough information to set things up without confusing us. Brian Watkins is new to the finance dept, but he was easy to work and chat with; a local guy who might adopt a stray cat we are attempting to find a home for! No tension. Overall a very satisfying experience.

I purchased a used car there for my 17 year old daughter.

I purchased a used car there for my 17 year old daughter. It's her first car. Safety and reliability were our top concern. The sales team was exceptional. I felt heard and understood. There was a sense of ease with my buying experience. There was no pressure and we were not rushed into making a decision. The car was a fair price and included a 1 year warranty. We left feeling at peace with our choice and our daughter loves her new found freedom! We highly recommend Niello Acura for not only a safe and reliable car but also a pleasurable experience.

Walked in to look at the Integra Type S.

Walked in to look at the Integra Type S. He didn’t seem interested and didn’t talk to us. Didn’t even stand up to help us out. I wanted to do a test drive but he brushed us off. I was ready and willing to buy this vehicle but because he was not helping us.

He was very knowledgeable and an excellent co-pilot, pointing out features while navigating the freeways and streets to showcase all the RDX has to offer. Yusuf was professional, friendly, and efficient. I was out the door with my new car within a few hours. Overall a fabulous car buying experience!
