Nice looking building but horrible business practices.

Nice looking building but horrible business practices. 1. Waited over two weeks to get an appointment to get a comparable car , upon arrival they acted like they?re doing me a favor to give me a substandard car that smelled like cigarette smoke. 2. They tried to tell me that my brand new car?s headliner was tampered with and may not be covered under warranty and to authorize a payment. Spoke with to the buying dealer Who made it right. 3. Car came back very dirty 4. Tire?s air pressure was very low. How does a car come back after service with low tires. They don?t wash the cars anymore. Two thumbs down!

Dear Rambode, We appreciate your feedback as it is valuable for us to learn how we can improve our operations. Upon inspection of the vehicle it was realized the windshield was replaced and headliner removed prior to the vehicle coming to us. Hence we were not able to perform the work under warranty. We are happy to learn that the originating dealer did the right thing by assuming the cost of repairs. On our end in the spirit of customer service we absorbed the cost of performing the diagnostics. Once again, we appreciate and thank you for your candid feedback.

Terrific experience with Lucas. Highly communicative over text/email/phone and was able to streamline the process of buying a new car to make it as quick as possible.

Had an issue that ended up being my entire fuel system

Had an issue that ended up being my entire fuel system needed to be replaced. With my wedding coming up this was the last thing I wanted to hear but Francisco kept me in good hands. Gave me regular updates throughout the repair and this was also covered with warranty. I was also given a brand new loaner car to use while my car was in the shop and couldn?t be happier with the folks at the Beverly Hills service center. I?ll 100% be back for any future maintenance.

I emailed Sean Ramezani, General Manager on Aug 13th, 2024 I did not receive a call or email back about my concerns on my new purchase. What I find that is lacking with this dealership is it starts with the head of who is running the place and what is important customer service standards include responsiveness, accountability, over-delivery, availability, and friendliness. I found that Erica and Smitty of the finance department were a great help when my car was delivered.

Made and appointment to get my car serviced a few days

Made and appointment to get my car serviced a few days before. Quick and easy drop off, they also replaced the brake pads after catching that they were worn. Alen did a great job and the entire team is so nice.

We brought my car back twice for an issue to be fixed and

We brought my car back twice for an issue to be fixed and both times the car was kept overnight and the issue was not fixed. My main problem is the very poor communication and zero customer service that our service advisor (Paul) had. He did not communicate clearly with us, just sent a message and we couldn?t reply back due to an error on the dealer end. Of course he didn?t call to follow up and when we were able to finally reach him (after calling 3 times & leaving multiple voicemails) he did not care to apologize, was rude and inappropriate. Clearly the dealer needs to do a better job in training their associates in customer service!!

The BMW service center in Beverly hills has a very good customer service. The staff that assigned to me is very nice and acccomodating, explained very well as to what customer needs. Very good!! Fast service.Has polite and kind staff.

They are not lessening to what the customer complaint

They are not lessening to what the customer complaint about keep saying what they believe and what the book says this is the second time I am taking the car for repair I still have the same problem on hot days air conditioning not cooling as it suppose to do just cool air
