It's clear this dealership is purely a volume dealership

It's clear this dealership is purely a volume dealership and they don't actually care about your business. I bought my car from a different dealership in the LA area despite hoping to buy from Beverly Hills since they're the dealer closest to my house but just could not justify the experience with the sales team for such an expensive purchase. I just got my X5 serviced here for the first time since the car just hit 12 months. From beginning to end, service was extremely mid. Rude employees, horrible car wash, and my service advisor was texting me the next day asking me to pick up my car when I had already picked up my car the day prior. Also, the folks who called me a few days prior to confirm my appointment were very unprofessional. Would avoid this dealership, if you can.

Everything was quick, easy and efficient. The appointment started on time, it took about 5 minutes to get a loaner car, and the service was done that day.

Very pleasant experience.

Very pleasant experience. The staff was kind. The oil change on my BMW took less than an hour.

I liked the fact that the car advertised was indeed at the dealer when we got there. We had looked at other cars advertised in BMW?s dealers and that wasn?t the case. The car was in impeccable conditions and the sales rep explained the features and answered all our questions. Finally, the purchasing process was pretty smooth, although (and as always) long .

No matter how many times I showed up Lucas received me

No matter how many times I showed up Lucas received me the same way. One important comment he used that has stuck with me through that process is “ I don’t want you to feel forced”while working numbers out, that shows he’s not money hungry I appreciate that because as a customer I don’t want to feel pressure or uncomfortable.

Super easy to make an appointment - I arrived on time and

Super easy to make an appointment - I arrived on time and had a service manager help me in no time - got the repairs set and that was that - I got a call later in the morning that I had a leaky water pump which was covered under my warranty, so that got fixed as well - my car way ready by early afternoon and I picked it up after it had been washed - all good!
