Calvin and everyone we encountered were very gracious and treated us well. We never felt pressured at all and they genuinely cared about us from the start. We were able to take a good, long test drive our new CR-V. We loved the experience.

Having a family member go into the hospital I traveled to Denver from East Nebraska. My battery died and knowing no one called Mile High Honda they got me right in. Shawna E. Who helped me in the service area was so kind and helped me with another warning I had gotten on my car she found out the part had an extended warranty. So she got that replaced for me. She did not want me to worry about it going out when I drove back to Lincoln. She also made sure I had a courtesy ride to the hospital while my car was being worked on and a ride back. Shawna went above and beyond to help me. 5 stars to you Shawna and Mile High Honda for all you did for me.

Excellent Service offered by MileHigh Team I do my car for service since day 1 and it’s been 5years and still feel satisfaction with more improvement . I took my 2014 Honda Pilot in 4 an oil change only yesterday. I was told it would take one hour or possibly 1 hour and 20 minutes max. 2 hours later I finally got my car after asking the service attendant multiple times when my car was ever going to be done. I had many things to do that day and did not have time to sit around waiting so long. A lady before me had waited almost 3 hours for a simple oil change as well. I don't know what the deal was but neither one of us was a happy camper!
