We went in to look at new CRV hybrid models since they had more colors in stock at this location, which makes sense since I'm not sure why anyone would purchase from Mile High Honda. They add on thousands to the price of the vehicle in pointless things like tint and weather mats that they say come with every new vehicle and are non-negotiable. We told them we'd be willing to buy the car right then and there if they removed the ridiculous mark up and they refused to do so. They also tack on a $600 dealer profit fee because why not! We left and bought a CRV hybrid touring at a nearby Honda and we had a much better experience overall since they didn't force us to purchase ridiculous add-ons. Go to any other Honda in the area. Avoid these guys.

I was referred to Mile High Honda by Costco.

I was referred to Mile High Honda by Costco. I've had very good experiences using Costco in the past. I anticipated the same again. I was wrong. The email conversation I had with Mile High was convoluted at best. It began with the Costco discount of $500. It was less than the $750 Mile High shows on their website. I was told their discount is a rebate only available to select people. I asked for a lease payment. The rep then announced that they pad each car with $3,500 in additional accessories (whether you want or not). When I questioned, the Sales Mgr (Mathew Sims) told me they are intended to protect and extend the life of the vehicle! Give me a break....these are forced accessories intended to add to DEALER PROFIT. Yet I asked again for a lease quote. I've not heard back again. Mathew Sims told me that things have "changed" in the last two years. LOL! What hasn't changed is Mile High's belief they can still gouge customers as if we were still in the pandemic! They are an old-school dealership. Don't bother with Mile High unless you want to be disappointed and overcharged.

After getting my car serviced for a "Check Engine" light.

After getting my car serviced for a "Check Engine" light. It came back on 8 miles later. Called on Monday left a message for the Service Manager. He didn't call back. Spoke Tuesday with GM Mr. Black who was super nice and said I'd be well taken care of. Fernando (Service Manger) called later and didn't do squat! I told him I was not satisfied, he still didn't offer anything. Disputing the charge with my bank. Go elsewhere. Zero Stars

While I am searching online I found a good deal deal on a 2024 CRV at mile high Honda, contacted them and visited them to negotiate the deal, they text me while I am driving there that the vehicle is sold, but they have other options (I think this is just a sale trick to get people to the dealership) when I got there the sales person is really nice, I test drive the vehicle, we sat down for the price, the price is $ 7,000 more, they also add $ 2,300 they called it accessories (although the vehicle is brand new), they also add $ 599 dealership fees, and the worst thing they add $ 3,371 as taxes which way more than the sales tax in Colorado. The car price jump from around $ 28,000 to $ 41,000, I told the sales person this is way too high, she said she will ask her manager, she come back with her manager Mr. Lee is really rude and unfriendly at all, he started by saying “ You have many Delinquencies in your credit report I just saw it”, although this is not his business, the bank will say that. I told him I am just saying and asking the sale rep that the price is inflated too much, he said I can’t help you. This Sales manager does not know 101 of sales or may be he act like this against some customers, his employee is more courteous and friendly than him. I replied to an email from Mr. Black telling him what happened but no response, I am not going back there and sure not recommending this dealership to any one. Very bad and disappointing experience.

I would give this a zero if I could.

I would give this a zero if I could. Went in on Saturday the 14th of October to talk to Sung about a trade of my 2022 Jeep 4XE and purchase a certified 2018 Honda Ridgeline, we spoke the day before and text a few things, trying to get a price on my trade. From my discussion we were working on it. Well when I made the apointment on Saturday. Things changed. I have been a customer for years and purchased 10 plus cars from this Dealership. I though I had some sort of customer service that would back this. Well, he (Sung) would not even get up out of his chair and shake my hand. I had to force it on him. He then responded that he was not interested in my trade. I had to push him on a trade value. Well, it was the worst lowball ever, meaning he did not care about working on the trade. Way too busy with his head in his computer. And afterwards he asked me if I wanted to see the Ridgeline. Really, I told him. I want to work on the trade first to go foward with the Ridgeline. He then told me that "I don't want your trade". Basically go elsewhere. I was shocked. I felt embarassed in front of other employees, who I did not know that was in this small room in the front of the building.. I just left. Went to another Honda dealer south about 5 miles and got $10K more for the trade on a new Ridgeline and got a smoking deal on it also. And Honda's special financing... WOW.... Stay away from this dealership. I will never step foot inside again...

Bad customer service

My recent customer service experience at Mile High Honda dealership left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. Unfortunately, my visit left me thoroughly unsatisfied as a potential customer. The sales rep didn't seem interested in helping me at all. His attitude and demeanor made me feel like he didn't view me as a potential buyer. The first impression set a negative tone for the whole thing. During my visit, I wasn't even-handed with the car key. The lack of trust was both surprising and disappointing. Customers usually get to inspect the car up close and test drive it if they're interested. Your dealership didn't meet this basic expectation. Not only were my expectations not met, but I was also frustrated and disillusioned. I'm sharing my experience because I feel it's important to let potential customers know what to expect. A dissatisfied customer.

Don’t go here.

Don’t go here. I went in for an oil change and AC inspection. Mechanics let me know it’d be covered by warranty. After 5 hours waiting in the shop, I had to leave prior to service since they took walk ins before my scheduled service. They rescheduled me for the AC fix just a few days later. After wasting 3 more hours at their shop, they told me they made a mistake and couldn’t fix my car under warranty. Would be ~3k. Complete waste of time. I also saw my service advisor texting and driving in my car. Brought this up to both George Black (GM) with no response and Scott Mack (manager) who defended the service advisors who were rude, texting and driving, and mechanics for confirming I was covered by warranty.

Car itself was fine and I ended up buying through Mile High honda. However, there were several items that needed to be addressed which ended up forcing me to drive back and forth to the dealership 4-5 times to resolve. Now the temp tag has expired and I am nota receiving any correspondence to get a new one. Terrible service, would not recommend any one to buy from here

Terrible experience.

Terrible experience. Drove up from Colorado Springs to see odyssey. As I’m sitting down to buy the vehicle, the manager walks up and says that they just sold the car to someone else. Unprofessional not courteous at all-and they didn’t care that I drove up to buy the car. They said too bad.
